TruBlue Total House Care of Carmel

Great, no problems

This is the 3rd project done by TruBlue for us. Each time, I have been extremely satisfied with the work!! The first project was a shower installation. (It is beautiful!!) The second project was exterior trim repair and painting. The most recent project was an attic door replacement, by Darrell and Anthony. (Arrived and finished on time, did great work, and were friendly and helpful!) Each of these projects were quoted fairly and completed within budget and on time. The owner and his crew are respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I obviously trust the work since I have scheduled work with TruBlue on 3 different occasions. 10 out of 10 plan to call TruBlue when I need any other work to be done!

It went great! I left a message and Matt (the owner) called within minutes. We scheduled an appointment for Anthony to come and give me an estimate. I agreed to the price and we set up a time for the work. Anthony installed the hand rails and did a great job. The rails are rock solid and I finally feel safe going down to the basement. Good experience and I look forward to hiring them again for some other work to be done in my home.

TruBlue arrived as expected, had their work order ready to go and immediately got started on my rather long list of tasks. They persevered and accomplished (just about) everything to my satisfaction. The two techs (Darrell and Jesse) were personable and professional and went out of their way to insure I was pleased with their work. I'm sure the work could have been done cheaper, but I'm not sure I would have been as satisfied. I already know I have a few more tasks and will definitely be hiring TruBlue again!

My Tru Blue technician, Daryl, was excellent. He was very attendant to craftsmanship and quality which is the most important aspect of any construction project.

His price was way out of the ballpark. As a franchise, they follow a concept and have to charge accordingly. While they are nice people they were over 500% of the going rate.

Anthony was great! I would hire him again. Very kind, detailed, and punctual.

Excellent work by Anthony; removed satellite dish and then caulked and painted following removal; installed window flower box with support shim for brackets; installed metal brackets above fireplace on brick wall to support mantel; tricky aspects for each job that required skill and attention to detail; very satisfied with outcome

Completed as promised including including items discussed but not on the written estimate, could not be more satisfied with the work.

Fantastic! The gentleman was a hard worker, stayed on task and got the jobs done in great time! He cleaned up very well behind himself! Very knowledgeable about his work! Very impressed

I have 3 doors that needed to be installed. TruBlue came out, looked at the spaces, and helped me select the best doors for each of the areas. The workers arrived on time, were courteous, and followed every COVID protocol.
