I was contacted promptly. Someone came by to make an estimate in a timely fashion. They kept me informed and used both text and email in addition to phone, which made it easy and fast to make arrangements. In the end there was part of the job that I felt I could do, and there was no pressure to have them do it even though it would have been a substantial amount more money for them. Efficient and pleasant experience!
