One example; he tore out old carpet in my bathroom and installed linoleum squares. He was very careful and removed the stool to ensure all was installed well, and replaced the baseboard where needed. He takes ownership of his work.
Description of Work: Bill has done several projects for me over the past year to get my house in shape to sell. He is always punctual, thorough and polite. He's totally honest and his engineering background comes in handy when it comes to details. I recommend him highly.

This has been some months ago, and I do not remember the charge for this particular visit, but I'd like to say that I used Bill's services several times over the last 3 - 4 years, and I have always been very pleased with his professionalism, attention to detail, and price.

The work entailed two days labor. Two half days for the ceiling work and a day for the tub drain replacement. Bill called ahead for an estimate appointment and showed up at the appointed times do the work. He diligently/neatly/efficiently completed each work stage within the estimate time frame. His quality work earned him an additional $25.
Description of Work: Repaired ceiling, taped joints in garage, removed old tape and loosened debris, re taped and re mudded areas as needed. Dried overnight. Re mudded to allow shrinkage. Mixed mudd & paint and texturized. Repaired areas to match as close as possible. Materials: Tape, Mudd, Stipple Brush @ $20 Labor: $250 Total: $270. Replace tub drain valve. Parts: Tub drain, extractor tool @ $74.88. Labor: $250. = $374.88

HE WAS CAREFUL TO COMPLETE THE WORK TO MY SATISFACTION, AND MADE A QUICK STOP IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION TO ACCOMODATE MY SCHEDULE. HE'S A GENTLEMAN AND HE'S THOROUGH.
