Description of Work: Patti Frucci found me a house to buy. We are moving in today and tomorrow. \ Ed Petris helped me sell my property and helped with the closing. He had the property sold within a day.

+ -1 moreDerek, Ed and Jeanette did so much work that we would have done if we hadn't already moved to Oregon. They got estimates for us and had work done, went to places like Lowe's and got items and replaced them. My nephew, a realtor in Colorado, had recommended Derek because of the statistics on how many houses and how quickly they were sold by Derek's group. We are very happy with the whole transaction.
Description of Work: Derek, Ed and Jeanette could not have been more helpful in selling our house in Carmel. We talked to a number of realtors and Derek's suggestions for what needed to be done to sell the house were extremely helpful and cost effective.
