I have used his services before. He is very good. He can install just about any kind of window covering that you can imagine. He is friendly, reasonable and does a good job.

It went well. He was very reliable and punctual. He was very friendly and polite. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional. I was satisfied with the services performed.

Steve responded quickly to my call and was flexible with my schedule. He arrived when he said he would and did excellent work in repairing a challenging blind. He was competent, professional, and friendly. I appreciated his ability to repair what would have been an expensive replacement job.

Steve answered my call and set up an appointment for the following week. He arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. He was very nice and professional. He had to replace some parts in the head rail and re-hang the blind. It is working perfectly and he was finished by 8:30.

Returned my call in a timely manner. Set up an appt. to come out and arrived on time. Steve was a nice friendly guy. Showed him what I needed repaired and he immediately got started fixing the strings and repaired knots on 3 of my window treatments. He was in my home for approximately 45 minutes.

Quickly! Done within 10 days from start to finish.

He came while I was out, did his job, left the bill and the work was great. I would hire this man again.

This business owner was right on top of customer service, from returning my message in under 30 minutes, promptly keeping appointments, repairing shades, returning some to the manufacturer to remove the battery powered heads so a continuous cord mechanism could be installed. He was timely, efficient, courteous, just GREAT!

It went excellent. He was punctual and they look nice. He helped me with colors also.

He was able to come the day after my call and his prices were reasonable. He did the measurements for a half moon window and ordered the blind and came back to install it.

I had difficulty getting another company to respond to our request for repair or replacement; and he is the one who had helped us out when another company went out of business. He apparently was busy with 20 new homes; and although we talked, he did not follow through and call to come over when he said he would. So, by the time we got to Steve, the Blind Man, we were anxious to get the work done. We called Friday; he came out the next day and placed our order; which came in the following Wednesday. He called that day and came over to install our two new blinds. It was all done in less than a week. GREAT WORK STEVE! My question for the other company: WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN YOU NEED FOLLOW UP REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS IN THE FUTURE? YOU WILL BE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST APPARENTLY AND ONLY GET A RESPONSE IF HE IS NOT BUSY WITH NEW HOMES. HONESTLY I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED HE TOLD US THAT UP FRONT!

We had used another company twice to do this, and it failed pretty quickly. We saw this gentleman's truck and called him and were extremely satisfied. It was very prompt service. I called him on a Friday, and he came out Monday. He was friendly, professional, and my wife was pleased with the way he treated her. It was really great.
