The Blind Man

Steve removed, cleaned, and rehung fabric vertical blinds for 2 windows and a large patio door. He was prompt, polite, and the blinds look terrific!

Made the phone call for the addition of two blinds. They gave us a time frame but ended up getting everything in early. Everything went great and we are very pleased. In fact, one of the shutters wasn't closing properly so he grabbed his tools and made the adjustment.

He was very good. He was quick to finish the work. He was punctual. He was professional. The quality of his work was good. I would use his services in the future also.

Steve Imel is a nice guy. He came to the house, measured and ordered the blind. His son later came to install the blind. It was a small job and the company met my need for now.

He got back to me the next day after I called, scheduled in a week. Did the work very quickly.

I had to spend $100 for the service. He knows what he is doing. He is a busy man. So getting a hold of him sometimes is a little difficult. Once you get his attention, he will take care of it. It is just him and I would use his services in the future too.

They were very quick in placing the order and getting it installed. I thought that it would take them long since it was a custom order. I liked them. The quality was good. They were very responsive, that was probably the best thing I liked about them. They were good people. I would use The Blind Man Company again if required.

He was very professional, provided us with alternative solutions, and was surprisingly affordable, even when compared with uninstalled wooden blinds from Lowes and Menards. We are very pleased with the results and will use him in the future for additional window treatments.

Steve came out and did an estimate outside of his normal business hours to accommodate our needs. He was very helpful in the selection of the window treatments. He was also flexible in adding to our order, which required additional trips to the house. We love the new window treatments and are very satisfied with this purchase.

I spent about $550 on that service. I decided to use them because of the ratings on the list. I like that he is honest, prompt, and frank. He is reasonable, professional, and accurate.

He works for himself. He came to our house and did the work professionally. He was very reasonably priced too. I would recommend him to others.

The blind had to be returned to the factory for repair. Steve priced the option of a new blind or to repair. Much less expensive to repair. Steve was professional and very helpful with tips to prolong the life of the motor. I will use him again.

It went great. Steve is very prompt with his communication an very helpful. He was so quick and always respectful of my time. I was not sure if the problems with the blinds could even be fixed, we discussed over the phone and he told me he could fix them. He came by shortly thereafter to see the blinds and take measurements. He ordered the necessary parts and let me know when they were in. When he was here to fix the blinds, we was very quick. He told me some things I could do or look out for in terms of caring for my blinds. He is very nice and very professional. I will gladly call him if I need blind assistance again!

He charged me the minimum fee of $105. He said he will be back with the blind in few days but he took a week.

I contacted Steve and scheduled his first availability (1 week later). He apologized for not being able to come earlier but said with holiday demand, he was very busy. The day before he was to come, he called and said he'd finished a job early so could come within the hour if it was convenient for me. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and looked at the broken bracket. He went to his truck and tried to take the needed piece off of one of his samples so I wouldn't have to wait for a new one to be ordered, but it didn't match, exactly, so the piece did have to be ordered after all. He was very apologetic that he couldn't repair it immediately, but I totally understood so, of course, it was fine with me. While he was there, he looked at and repaired a couple minor problems in other parts of the house. A week later he called to say the part was in, but that he would have to schedule its installation after Thanksgiving. I thanked him for the update. On the Monday after Thanksgiving he called to say he'd had a cancellation and could handle my installation that day. Again, he arrived exactly at the promised time and installed the part within 5 minutes. He did everything he said he would, and more. Great communication! I would definitely use "The Blind Man" again!

The work was very good and I will give them all A's.
