All service and support is performed and guaranteed by Telepoint employees. Our charges are $80.00 an hour with a trip charge of $20.00 for telephone and computer service. We specialize in small to medium size businesses as well as residential computer and telephone repair. We have been helping Businesses find savings by cutting their operating costs, increasing their employee productivity, and improving customer service since 1987. Our latest technology provides you the ability to continuously connect with your telephone calls, e-mails, and faxes even when you are out of the office. We will fully integrate your office technology with your mobile device. Work is an activity, not a location. If you just need help with your telephone or computer at home, call us. We are extremely pleased. We are going to save money overall while being more efficient in the office. Telepoint's staff is easy to work with, and have good ethics. They are prompt, and work to resolve any issues that arise.
Description of Work: We had a new phone system installed at our place of buisness. They also switched our phone and internet carriers.
