I bought this service on an Angie's list special deal. The service man did not charge us extra even though he went about 5 minutes over the purchased time. The mail box installation was well done. The faucet is a bit loose because he said he didn't have the correct wrench to tighten it. It is not leaking but it wiggles and water gets between the faucet and the sink. I probably would not use them again but only because they are a bit far from our home.

We purchased the Angie's Big Deal for a plan for landscaping our new yard. They were very nice and with a few questions had ideas for what we could do and explained it well. He then went and drew up the plans, the patio, firepit, retaining wall, all plants and shrubs, by name, and priced it out in chunks like we asked. The total was far more than we could spend at this time, but the ideas were great. Maybe in the future we would use them to do part of the work and do the rest ourselves.

The gentleman came on time and spent exactly 2 hours framing 2 sliding doors

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I spent beyond the Big Deal because I had gotten them to start working on installing the screen door and it lasted another hour or 2 hours after the time commitment. It was pretty good. I like the peg board, one of the hooks installed by him fell off, and on the screen door he missed the screws some place so the handle is a little loose but other than that, it was fine. I didn't have any problems with him, that was the original reason for him coming out. By the hour when I paid it was a little steep but since they were already there, it was worth it just to have them finish off the project that was started. It would be steep if you have them come out just by themselves without the Big Deal but with the Big Deal, it wasn't that bad. They actually stalked me down rather than me having to call them because they saw that my name was on the Big Deal list that they got. They showed up on time. I probably won't use them again because I am out of their range as well, I think they would charge me the trip charge to come out so I'll probably have to find somebody closer.

I called Randy Sorrell after receiving multiple estimates and evaluations from landscapers regarding a drainage issue in my yard, and having received conflicting information suggesting that I needed to have additional, expensive work done to solve what seemed like it should be a relatively simple problem, including installing a window well. I was pretty sure my project was not on the same scale as the ones he was used to doing, but hoped he would be able to come out and tell me whether the window well and other unexpected suggestions were really necessary. I called on a Friday and he called back on Saturday afternoon, impressing me with his responsiveness. I described my problem to him and he said it wasn't the kind of project he would be interested in bidding on but that he would be willing to come see the yard and evaluate the estimates at no charge. We set an appointment for a week later. He called the morning of the appointment to confirm that we were still meeting and arrived in a timely fashion. He looked over the yard, listened carefully, looked over the estimates, and made some suggestions. He was familiar with all the companies who had given me estimates and was able to sort through the information in the estimates and verbal information I had been given from two other landscapers who had not submitted written bids, and give an objective evaluation. He said to please go ahead and say that I had spoken with him regarding looking over the estimates when speaking with the landscapers, and to stress that he had no monetary involvement, had not submitted a bid, and had not charged me for evaluating the estimates. He was pleasant and professional. I can't think of another professional who would be willing to take valuable time from his or her day to do an evaluation like this without charge or even submitting a bid. I can't even begin to say how impressed I am with him for doing this, and I really feel like I am much more clear on what actually needs to be done. I can't say I think that this could be a regular practice of his but I so appreciate it. Randy clearly believes in going the extra mile.

The project started just fine. We did notice the two workers took a lot of breaks and sat around a lot. After the project was complete in the fall of 2011 we were very happy. The next spring, after approximately 6 months, we noticed the travertine pavers around the fire pit and at the base of the deck were settling and uneven. In some places the pavers had settled up to a half inch to an inch. We contacted Randy, he came out to take a look and commented that the guys he had do the install weren't the best and were no longer working for him. Another person came out to perform the re-work. Even though the re-work wasn't up to par with the initial finished product we decided to accept the re-work. After another 3-4 months the travertine pavers began to settle again in the same places, especially around the fire pit and the base of the deck. After repeated requests to get Randy to come back to our home, he did return to take a look. It was obvious there was not sufficient backing under the deck to keep the base from washing away under the pavers when it rained. We were promised that someone would be back out in a couple of weeks to take care of the problem. After 8-10 weeks, and repeated calls and some semi-nasty emails back and forth, they did come back and performed the repairs. Again, the re-work is not up to par with the initial finished product. We spent $28,000 on this project, which I consider a sizeable amount of money for a project of this scope. We definitely do not feel we got the best value for the money we spent on this project.

The job went well. They showed up on time, did the work, and cleaned up after.

The individual who came listened to what I wanted and did a very good job. He was very efficient and very courteous.

Randy's crew is top notch. They are good workers and leave the work area neat and clean each day. They were very friendly and ready to answer quesions as the process started and ended. I felt that sometimes if I emailed a question to Randy it would take a long time for him to answer.

We met with Randy, the owner, and he listened to our purpose and plans for the area to be addressed. He made constructive suggestions and presented more than one idea as to features and cost. He later brought back a detailed design with accurate cost estimates for the finished version. His crew arrived on the date designated and they were careful about equipment and intrusion on other areas of our property. They finished the work in the time indicated and we were happy with every stop of the construction. They handled our questions and concerns and always provided support to decisions made during the process. It produced a very attractive and useful setting which we enjoy and proudly share with others.

The company called soon after I purchased the coupon/deal. However, because it was terribly hot outside this summer, the company agreed to wait until the weather was cooler. The company followed up as promised, and arrived to do the job promptly. The contact and the workmen were very professional.

Great planning process and very flexible working with the pool company. Imaginative design that fit my "out in the country" environment. Completed the project on time. Everything just went perfect. I have not worked with any other landscapers on this scale but NatureWorks gets very high ratings from me.

It was the first time I had used them. They replaced an electrical outlet. They patched a crack in a wall. They were very professional.

He did okay on the doors. He missed one spot on the shower reseal, so there was a leak.

Randy and his crew were fantastic! Randy is professional, polite and very detail oriented. He met with us before during and after the construction and we knew what we were getting,how much it would cost and how long it would take. The crew working for Randy were wonderful as well. Their are highly skilled at what they do. They were patient with me if I changed my mind, creative and quick to fix any issue we brought up. We have been enjoying our basement problem free for a few years now!

My needs didn’t match up to his specialties. He was wanting more for big jobs when I just needed fixer upper type jobs.

He hung a shower curtain rod for me in one bathroom and also some towel racks in another bathroom, fixing one that was falling out. He also removed the shelf that was put in my entertainment center so that I could fit in some electronic equipment.

Overall, the project went smoothly. We worked with Randy first to come up with the design we wanted, then established milestones for us to make choices about materials, doors, paint colors. Once the work started, we kept in contact with the work crew and with Randy. Randy has a lot of experience in design, colors, textures and we relied on his advise, which as it turns out, was excellent.

Exactly as they said it would. The entire job took about a week.

We purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List for handyman services from Natureworks. Adam arrived promptly and finished all the jobs we had listed for the 2 hours we purchased as part of the Big Deal. Very polite, finished the jobs we had in mind in a timely manner. Good work. Plan to use Natureworks again for other household projects.

I have used them for various projects for over a year. They are very easy to work with. The owner of the company, Mr. Randy Sorrell has great attention to the detail. He is very friendly and stands by his work. His company is a great company to work with. I would use them again in the future.

Did a nice job on the one toilet installation but disappointed more didn't get done for the $75
