They were very professional and had a wonderful vision for everything that we wanted to do. This project will be done is several phases, so it is too early to say if we will use their services or not. We have to plan for a project this big!

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List Deal for a landscape design. It was a bargain in that Randy and Eric spent considerable time, walked through my space an then drew a design before they left! I decided to go with their proposal and start the work. With the exception of the sloppy concrete contractors, it was a good experience. There were some hiccups, for example, a couple trees that never bloomed and need to be replaced (they warranteed them and will replace), bricks that needed reglued, and a piece of limestone that doesn't match well. It was a large project in a small yard and I am satisfied with the results. They worked with my ideas and had great ideas as well.

Description of Work: Plans were drwn up on site for a roof addition to a deck area, along with a percola, firepit, hot tub pad and landscaping.

Description of Work: Purchased a big deal from Surroundings by Natureworks for Landscape Plans for our yard. We want to build a firepit area in our backyard and really didn't know where to start. Randy came out to look over our backyard and designed a plan for us right then and there. Randy had a different plan than what I was thinking and I have to say that his plan was so much better. I am really glad we had them out. We enjoy taking on DIY projects, and will probably do most of the work ourselves, but so glad we purchased this big deal to give us a plan. I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of landscaping or adding hardscape to their yard.

Description of Work: I purchased a $75 Big Deal for 2 Hours of Handyman or General Contractor Service. It was fine. I believe they may have done handyman service, but it was a long time ago so the details are hazy.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $75 for 2 Hours of Handyman or General Contractor Service. They wanted to replace a couple of lights and nothing else. I had a whole list of things I wanted done in the time allotted and he only said he could replace the lights in the two hours. I felt they didn’t really do anything for the two hours of service.

Description of Work: They gave us a very detailed, thorough and professional plan for a backyard renovation. We are still tweaking that plan and hope to be able to use them to do the work.

Description of Work: The service provider was very slow in responding to any request from me. Twice, I had to call him on both office phone and cell phone, and send message on Angies' list to get a single short response from him. I wanted to schedule an appointment with him, I clearly expressed we prefer Wed., and he still scheduled to Thursday. From these communication problems, we are not confident he would be able to cater to our needs to come up with a good design.
