A new designer/planner, Allen, designed our landscape plan. He took us on a tour of some of the recent landscape projects that his company had completed. We were able to see what we liked and disliked and it also helped to get Alan to know what we prefer. The work began when it was supposed to. Alan was with the workers for part of the first day and then left for some other business. The workers were unsupervised for most of the work duration. I called Randy, the owner, and asked him if he planned on coming by to at least see the work and he told me that Alan may take a digital picture for him. Randy did however drive to my house but he didn't attempt to contact me. My job was apparently underbided therefore I was asked for another $500 after the work was completed. The work was satisfactory and we are happy with it ,however the clean up was not complete. They were in a hurry to finish and to get to another job. Alan was very nice, but perhaps a bit overworked.

Natureworks+ salesman and designer, James Bednarski, guided my plan to create a comfortable patio area in the backyard. Where there had been a large, dreary concrete slab, now we enjoy a granite paver patio with adjoining bedding areas. A walk extends to the side drive. The crew was professional, experienced, and courteous. James and the crew were flexible, and even tolerant of my frequent plan changes. I was so pleased with the results of the patio project that I decided to upgrade the front entrance as well. It was another success. I especially appreciate the company attitude of complete customer satisfaction. I definitely am satisfied.

My wife and I were very pleased with the services we received. The staff were skilled and thorough in getting this project done in a timely manner. Both workers paid close attention to detail and made sure the job was done to our specifications. They even re-built the base boards of the porch without removing the roof which would have been very expensive!

Though it took several weeks to get initial appointment in the spring, all other contacts were made promptly. When apparent that an area of mulching was not adequately done, Randy's crew returned and refreshed the area quickly with no additional charge. The company searched until desirable stone steps were found with which we were both satisfied.

Very professional and clean. They completed the work in a single day and created a haven of relaxation in our back yard. Randy encouraged us to go outside our comfort zone, with several new plants and their location. We are very glad we did! He gave us lots of color as well as unique positioning of the plants. I guess the greatest compliment I can give them is that, they ''created a unique living space'' as they promote in their literature.

Good experience. They had nice design ideas, and were easy to work with. I will hire them to do landscaping in future.

I felt that Randy was difficult to get a hold of. Once the work began and we had questions it was usually at least a day later before we'd receive a return phone call. I think the work was done satisfactorily, but I was UNDERwhelmed. The plans that were drawn up were executed differently, and it seemed like we were never on the same page with him in terms of what we expected vs. What his team delivered. We had to have them come out 4 times just to get it 'right' and while they were good sports about it, I could tell that we weren't their highest priority. Finally one of his crew members, Tom, finished the work and he knew exactly what we were talking about. All in all, it ended positively, however I feel like I could have gotten better service elsewhere. Also, I've never received the plant care sheets that Randy is so quick to point out that he'll provide as soon as everything is planted.

They were excellent. Their work is outstanding, they are very dependable and timely. We have been extremely pleased with everything they've done for us.

RANDY SORREL PROVIDED A VERY PLEASING & PROFESSIONAL DESIGN WHICH WE APPROVED. HIS CREW ARRIVED ON THE DAY PROMISED, AND WORKED VERY EFFICIENTLY TO PLANT THE TREE AND 14 SHRUBS PER THE DIAGRAM AS PROMISED. THEY WERE DILIGENT IN THE CLEAN UP, AND ON THERE WAY BY 5:00 PM. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB. THEY NICKED AN UNDERGROUND WIRE DURING THE REMOVAL PROCESS, AND CAME BACK AND REPAIRED IT AT NO COST. SOME OF THE NEW PLANTS DO NOT LOOK GOOD THIS FALL, BUT WE WILL WAIT UNTIL SPRING TO SEE HOW THEY COME BACK.

I ALREADY REPORTED ON THIS COMPANY RIGHT AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE AND INDICATED THAT WE WERE VERY PLEASED. A FEW DAYS LATER IT BECAME EVIDENT THAT THE SOIL HAD NOT BEEN PREPARED PROPERLY AND A LOT OF GRASS WAS EMERGING IN THE BED. THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE PLANTING HAD LEFT SOME WORKERS ON THEIR OWN TO DO THE PLANTING AND IT WAS NOT DONE RIGHT. WE HAD A VERY HARD TIME GETTING THEM TO COME BACK AND SPRAY FOR THE GRASS AS THEY WERE VERY BUSY. THEY DID FINALLY COME AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. LATER, AS THE HYDRANGEA WERE BLOOMING, WE REALIZED THAT THEY DID NOT PLANT THE TYPE OF HYDRANGEA THAT WE HAD AGREED ON. RANDY CAME OUT, TOOK A LOOK AND AGREED TO REPLACE THEM WITH NO ARGUMENT. HE ALSO REPLACED SOME LYRIOPE THAT NEVER REALLY GREW. OVERALL WE WERE PLEASED BUT IT WAS SOMEWHAT OF HASSLE TO GET EVERYTHING COMPLETED.

TIM PADGETT CAME TO MY HOME, WAS ON TIME AND VERY CONFIDENT. HE HAD 3-DIMENSIONAL DRAWINGS TO ME WITHIN A WEEK. THEY WERE AWESOME DRAWINGS, BUT NOT QUITE WHAT WE WANTED. WE GOT SOME OTHER DRAWINGS FROM SOME COMPETING BIDS AND PREFERRED ONE OF THEIRS. SO, I FAXED THE DRAWING OVER AND ASKED THEM TO QUOTE THE DRAWING. THIS IS WHEN EVERYTHING FELL APART. TIM SAID HE'D GET IT TO ME, BEFORE GOING OUT OF TOWN, IN TWO DAYS, BUT IT DIDN'T HAPPEN, WHICH WAS FINE BECAUSE I GAVE HIM A FAX NUMBER AND E-MAIL ADDRESS. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS, HE FINALLY SENT ME SOMETHING. IT WAS ANOTHER 3D DRAWING OF THE PICTURE THAT I SENT HIM, BUT NO QUOTE. I ASKED AGAIN FOR A QUOTE AND HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I REFUSE TO CALL HIM AGAIN, I'M NOT GOING TO BEG FOR HIM TO DO THE WORK AND IF HE WORKS LIKE HE DOES DURING THE BIDDING PROCESS, HOW WILL HE BE ONCE HE'S GOT MY MONEY. BY THE WAY, HE WAS MY FAVORITE FROM THE BEGINNING, BUT HE DROPPED THE BALL.
