Description of Work: Zach provides mowing, trimming, edging services and has done so for us for the past two summers. He does an excellent job and we have recommended him to many friends. We just discovered that he is on Angie's List and are happy to recommend him to your members.

+ -1 moreHe came out for the first treatment about a week or so after he did the estimate. He told us he'd be back to spot treat stubborn weeds a few days later, which he did. He invoiced us for the April treatment and we paid within a few days. He was supposed to come back about a month later for the second treatment. He never came back and never returned our phone calls. We did not pre-pay him for any future treatment so he doesn't owe us a refund, but his follow through and customer service stinks.
Description of Work: Our lawn was in bad shape -- crabgrass, moss, weeds, etc. We hired him to apply weed killer, fertilizer...the works. We talked about doing year-round treatment even if it took a couple of years to get the lawn in shape including aeration (if necessary) down the road.
