From the sales person's recommendation on the film to install for each location to the installation, the entire experience was first rate.

Because of a remodel to our home safety glass was required on an existing window. The cost of replacing the window or replacing the glass (double paned insulted) was over $2,000. The safety glass installation meets the town code, looks beautiful—no different than the window next to it. The installation was fast, clean and professional and to top it off only cost $96!!!

Very pleased with window tinting from the first sales experience to the day of installation. The salesman and installer were both very responsive and the salesman tried to closely match our needs to the best type of tinting for various windows and skylights throughout our house. The installer was prompt and quickly installed the tinted film. There were excellent communications from start to finish. The house is noticeably cooler. Wish we would have done this long ago. Great job!

From initial call to completion, they were professional and courteous. The quality of the product and installation were great.

Sales rep came to the house and provided a demo and quote. Everything was handled professionally. Pricing was in line with another company that provided a quote. After the install, the installer wasn't happy with two of the windows and asked if I'd like them redone. I asked to redo one of them but the other one was fine. All communication was professional and timely. Would use again and recommend.

It went perfectly. The window was thoroughly cleaned and the film applied. It looks great and we already notice a difference in the late afternoon when the sun directly hits these doors. The whole process from getting the quote from their salesman through the installation was done in a very professional manner. We would recommend this company to our family and friends and are very pleased with our choice.

I am a very difficult person to please and I always do too much research before investing into a service or product. After working with Solaris, I can honestly say it was worth every penny. Not only does it look fantastic but the entire staff has been great to work with. From the sales to the installation, it was a great experience. The tinting was subtle but transformed the room. You can't notice the film at all on the windows and I can already see and feel the difference after just a few hrs of having it on. Highly recommend anyone looking to have this done to reach out to them. I already have several neighbors eager to see as they are having the same issues on their houses.

Very professional. They communicate very well!! I even added a window at the last minute and Kevin accommodated us and was able to tint that room as well. We used SOLARIS two years ago for a large two-story set of windows. We did not hesitate to call SOLARIS when we wanted to use the tinting on additional windows in the house.

I have to say the SOLARIS is a great company that everyone should trust. All of the three guys, Eric(salesman), Kevin(owner), Bryan(highly-skilled technician) are very responsive and easy to work with. Their price is very reasonable compared to the quality of the films and the service they provide. We had security film installed on all first-floor windows in 2014. It has been a year now, and we really enjoyed the privacy and added security. With the films, we no longer have to shut off window blides and close the curtains in daytime, and as a result, the rooms are bright and full of sunshine in the middle of the day. We also noticed a saving on gas bill(for heating), part of which is probably from the film. Since it is a new house, we did notice a bubble in one of the corner of the entry door glass in 2015, but it was a result of the normal settlement of the house rather than improper installation. Despite that, Bryan came and replaced that particular film for us free of charge (as part of the lifetime warranty). I would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about security/energy films.

We were pleased with the installation. The installer called ahead because he was running late, but he arrived in a short time. He worked quickly and finished sooner than we expected.

It took them one day to complete the job. They were very personable and educational. They sat down and went through all the options. They were just good to work with.

Installation went well and we are very happy with the results. Definitely can tell the difference when the sun sets in the west.

Installer came out and measured window requiring film. It was a large window in a bathroom over the tub. I chose a privacy film. The film arrived within 1 week and the installer came out and installed that film in approximately 20 minutes. It looks fantastic. They did great work.

I bought the highest quality that we could get. That went great. They were fast and efficient. They were also very responsive. They made sure that I had copies and PDF of the quote for the work to be done, sent by email so that I had those for my records.

We love our window film! We were very pleased with the professionalism, service and assistance from Solaris. The window film is amazing at blocking the heat and glare, and we are so happy to have something to help protect our newly refinished hardwood floors. We will likely be adding some additional film in the future and would definitely recommend Solaris!

I ran across a review of Solaris in Angie's List when looking for window replacement. Intrigued, I dug further. There are four windows on the house which face the south. These rooms get unbearably hot in the summer. And they face the street which limits privacy. Quote process was quick and easy. Installation was quick and easy. Because this summer has not been brutal like the past few, it is hard to say if they are doing their job as well as touted. The increases privacy is great, though, since the one room houses a home office full of expensive computer equipment. I would heartily recommend.

Eric was very knowledgable about his UV film products. Kevin came to our home to install the UV protecting film to 4 skylights and one west side window. He was very polite, cleaned as he worked and informed us as to how to care for the UV film. We were very pleased with the entire job done by Solaris. We noticed a significant drop in the temperature in our great room, the A/C is not continually. Thank for a job well done.

Kevin came out to quote a price and to bring different color samples to test in our windows. Kevin sent us a quote of 3 samples we liked within 24hrs. We chose the film and was contacted by Brian the installer to schedule to install. Brian came today to install and was quick and tidy. Windows look great!

Kevin Koval did the job. He was very professional and knowledgable about his products. He patiently showed us the various options that were available and the advantages that each provided. We needed to block the western sun from fading our hardwood floor and our furniture. We also picked up the bonus of some passive heat issues which will help on the air conditioning. We are really pleased with the results. It looks great and has provided help on all of the issues we were trying to address. We were very pleased with the entire job.

Kevin was very responsive to my email requests for information. His salesperson, Eric, was very friendly and punctual. I did have some trouble scheduling service. I was a small job that did not take precedence over larger jobs. We had to reschedule a couple times due to lack of film being in stock. When we settled on the final date of service, Kevin was punctual and professional. We are very happy with the product. I am still waiting on the promised warranty information.

We'll see how it goes if Solaris is my chosen contractor.

The whole process went smoothly. The husband and wife team came in and did everything needed (even moved some furitnure). They even handled our noisy dogs well. They were professional and cleaned everything up. You could never tell someone was there after they were finished and gone.

The process was pretty easy. I was presented with all the tinting and security film options. We discussed pros and cons, color, appearance, etc. Once we made our decision, it took a little emailing back and forth with Kevin to get a date set. Bryan installed the film and was great. He arrived on-time. He respected our "quiet house", (we had a toddler sleeping). He cleaned all the windows and installed the film, just as we expected. The main purpose of choosing this product is to protect hardwood floors and furniture from sun damage. This is not an inexpensive product and we were surprised of the cost. However, due to the extensive sun damage we currently have and knowing the hardwoods will be re-done shortly, we decided to go ahead with the project.

It was a quality job, and he was a complete professional. They did it quickly, and very well done. We interviewed one other company, and we are so happy that we found Solaris!

He came out to our place and showed us his products. he also was able to recommend his best products. We had four doors done and he did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend him. The heat build up is significantly reduced in our sun room.
