+ -1 moreSLM has been building a home across the street from me since early last summer. They tore up a section of my lawn to access water lines. I was contacted by the owner, Steve, before this was done. He gave me his word they would repair the damage and redo sod after it was done. After they left a mess, I contacted him and he assured me it would be taken care of. I waited a few weeks and nothing was done. I called him again. He said they were waiting for the ground to settle and would be back in a couple weeks. This was last summer. He never repaired the damage he said he was going to take care of. As I get ready to go fix the lawn myself, I thought I would share my experience with him on Angie's list. I can't comment on how well he builds homes. But, I can say he doesn't finish jobs he says he will do.
Description of Work: Tore up my front lawn.
