They are very friendly, caring and kind. They also assisted me with a basement block seal and the sales rep came out and gave me extra rollers and paint to help out.

Not well. The paint was defective. After two weeks the paint was not dry, but tacky to the touch, collecting debris, bugs, dust, etc. Our contractor had the Sherman Williams representative come and look at the problem. His response was that we should wait two more weeks (one month total) for the paint to dry. If it was still tacky, he would see that it was corrected right away, and work with the contractor for whatever it needed to provide a quick and proper fix. I thought that was most unreasonable, waiting four weeks for paint to dry, but I felt required to give them a chance. He made an appointment to be back on that day two weeks later. He never showed up. Today I called him and he said he hadn't been able to come, and won't until next week, because he's moving his residence. Not a good excuse. No reason given for not calling and canceling the appointment. Further, he declined to answer my questions about how such a problem can be remedied, saying he's not sure IF it will be remedied because he doesn't have authority to make such a decision. So, why were be bothering with him in the first place and how could he make the promises in the first place? That appears no to be fraudulent. He made those statements to both the contractor and to me. Today, he declined to be pinned down to a guess of how long it might take, but said easily another month or more. I told him this is unacceptable. We are getting brushed off, no pun intended. Five weeks and counting is too long to wait for this local company to correct the problem. Now it's up to nine weeks. Further, they now back pedal and won't even say that they ever will fix the problem, contrary to the earlier promises of Mr. Chambers. After he finishes moving, some time next week perhaps, he thinks he'll research it further to see what steps to take further, if any.
