I had used Shelly's company 2.5 years ago to buy the property that I was renting out and had a wonderful experience back then too. i was new to the country and not very familiar with all the procedures and intricacies of the process back then. However, Shelly and her team were very patient with me in looking for houses and also explaining the process along the way. I was so impressed with the process and the efficiency of the team, i used Shelly's company again 9 months ago to buy a property for rentals. Once again the process was handled very smoothly and efficiently. This time around when I wanted ot rent my house, one of her team members Jeff Mathey was taking care of the proceedings. They were always quick to set-up appointments and give me feedback. The contact maintained through texts and emails gave me a lot of flexibility as I was also moving out of town and thus could contact them when I found the time. They had useful inputs about cleaning up some things about the house and also recommended professional cleaners who did a phenomenal job on the clean-up. At the end of this 4 week process I had 2 tenants to choose from for a 2 year lease and was very pleased to have chosen this company. Thank you Jeff and Shelly.

Too much to relate here. When the market was achingly slow (2011) Shelly found renters and helped as much with all of that. When the house went back on the market, Shelly was relentless in her marketing and got it sold!

Overall, it was a great experience of buying a home as i felt that i had exhausted the home buying search in terms of looking at various options over the course of 2.5 months when there were a lot of houses in the market. In the process of doing so i had found out more about the area and what to look for while buying a home as i had recently moved to the area. Once, i had moved in and had questions regarding the tax paperwork, Shelly contacted me and reminded me on what i had to get done and how. There were few issues with the loan officer i was dealing with and Shelly and her team were on top of it by contacting them on my behalf and ensuring that the work gets done in a timely manner. I think that working with Shelly was truly a great experience because she took a lot of stress out of the way for me and made the whole process much simpler when i was not sure of how to handle certain situations.

Shelly did her very best to make me feel comfortable at all times. She worked quickly and gave 100% to my house buying. She helped me to negotiate a fair price. She was amazing to work with and I recommend her highly.

We had our house up for sale for approximately 2 years before switching to Shelly. We never had a single offer even though we had a lot of interested people. I hired Shelly after having searched for a multi-talented realtor. Immediately she made a couple suggestions and did all the leg work. We just said yes/no or wrote a check. In 4 months we had more showings and interest then in the prior 2 years. We had several people interested in renting and we even turned down our 1st offer. Not long after we got a 2nd offer from a different family that we found acceptable. Shelly doesn't push nor were her answers always to reduce the price of the home. We felt that she was readily available and fairly easy to reach (via phone, text, and/or email). Her talents (ie. staging, marketing, etc.) are invaluable. It is also obvious that she has a lot of energy too! One thing that I appreciated was: We never sold a home before and we were very uncomfortable with the whole process and tried very hard to keep our emotions in check for over 2 years. Even when I felt that I was bugging Shelly, a lot, for reassurance - she always remained professional and didn't hesitate to discuss my (our) fears and talk us down from the ledge! One last note: Our home was an unusual case and we knew that it wasn't going to be easy. We know that she worked very very hard to market our house and minimize our costs. If you are looking for a realtor that really looks out for your best interest and treats your property like it is her own - Shelly is the person. (Note: We never met face-to-face until the day of our closing.)

Shelly is supremely honest, hard working, personable, thorough, and did I mention honest? Yes I did twice because she is beyond question looking out for my interests as a buyer and client and has never put her interests or desire to have a sale ahead of that. Her integrity is beyond reproach. I live in L.A. but am purchasing properties in Indy. At one point I had to stay in Indy to look at properties for over one week. She, knowing that I was there alone for so long, invited me to go to dinner with her and her husband. Far beyond the call of duty of a real estate agent. She has also taken an active interest in helping me rehab the property that I purchased. She has given me tips on decorating, she has helped deal with the contractors that are working on the house while I couldn't be there. All of this she has done out of her desire to provide great service. She has gone the extra mile with no expectation of financial gain. I couldn't give anyone a higher recommendation. When I started working with Shelly, I called her my realtor. Now I call her 2 things..... My realtor and my friend. All and all, Shelly helped me purchase 3 houses. She has also represented me in renting out these properties. She has exhibited the same excellence, integrity and hard work in getting the houses rented as she did when she helped me purchase these properties. One great real estate agent...One great lady!!

Shelly sold our home faster than what we expected. The only bad news is that we were in between houses for a few weeks. Shelly wasted no time preparing our home for the market. I had no plans to do half of what she recommended to get my home ready for market. Most of the things she suggested were of minimal cost. The nice thing is that she had a handyman, plumber, painter, and mover ready to go. All of her recommendations were affordable, professional, punctual, and dependable just like Shelly. She had us clean out our closets, get rid of some stuff, paint a couple of rooms, and replace some counter tops. When Shelly got through staging my home I was almost unsure if I wanted to leave. Long story short, she sold my in 3 weeks and for a little more than what I thought it would sell for based on my observations in the neighborhood and pulling sales flyers during my walks. Since the house sold so quickly we had no where go immediately but she had worked a deal and paid for a good portion of our storage with PACK RAT. I had used PACK RAT before and really like them but I never expected her to pay for most of my storage expenses. Shelly must have been more confident than I was in selling our house quickly because I assumed we would be in limbo for 3-4 months or longer. Shelly immediately had a good selection homes that met our criteria ready for viewing and we placed an offer within 2 weeks of our house being sold. It is a really scary time with real estate right now and I didn't want to buy a house and learn my home was worth $10,000 less than what I paid for it. I think we got a good deal and I think I could have made an expensive mistake without her. If you don't have an agent that you really know I would at least give her a call.

Overall, the experience was good. I was in a contract with another agent that was about to expire in 3 weeks. I was also getting ready to leave town so my house was going to be vacant. I wanted to have my "back-up" plan for an agent before I left town in case my home didn't sell by then. I contacted Shelly and told her about my current contract and that I was looking for a "fresh look" on my property. She advised me that she can't really do much until my contract expires with my previous real estate agent. She did sent me her information packet and also mentioned that she reviewed my property on-line. Finally after I read her information packet, there was one thing really stood out. Shelly will not pass you to another agent. Shelly is your agent. I didn't realize how important this was until I experienced being "passed around". My house did go under contract with a buyer and my previous agent with about a week to go in the listing contract. Next time Shelly will be my first choice when we decide to buy another property.

She worked for us and with us from the time we listed our home in April 2010 till it sold in March of 2011. She gave us advice about painting and getting work done. She felt strongly enough about the color of our woodwork to pay to have it painted with the addition that we would pay her back when we sold the house. She worked with us on the contract to sell and got us the best deal we could. She also supported us after the sale when the buyer wanted more from us that was not our responsibility.
