After the inspection was over and report received (which is very detailed), then I needed extra information - and the office went out of their way to get it for me quickly as I was on a deadline for final house sale negotiations. Description of Work: They inspected a home we were buying. They missed several key things including no child safety on automatic garage doors and multiple dead trees on the lot. When we contacted them they implied their job was to move the sale along rather than be our advocate. Very disappointing.

Description of Work: We had Security Home Inspections conduct an inspection on the home we have since purchased. The inspector was punctual, thorough, and very informative. He aided us in having repairs made to the home or issues, such as mold in the basement) addressed prior to closing on the home. In addition, he recommended that we have our pipes inspected to determine if they were broken and/or had tree branches and/or roots in them. We scheduled this additional service, and it was good we did as roots were discovered and removed by sellers to prevent pipes from breaking in the future. I would definitely recommend the company and use them again without hesitation if needed.

They may not be the cheapest company out there, but you really get what you pay for - security is very thorough and detailed, provided easy to understand explanations and pictures with their findings.
