+ -1 moreScott Hester took my money and agreed to come remove ivy from flower beds and mulch the trees and flower beds. I negotiated with him because I saw him mulching houses in our neighborhood. Weeks later he showed up unannounced, mowed the yard and trimmed the bushes. As he started to leave I asked about the mulch, he said that I'd have to pay him more because he already did all the work he was going to do for the money I had given him. I told him I did not agree to lawn moving and bush trimming. He finally agreed to return with the mulch. He never did. I took him to small claims court. The judge found in my favor. I removed and negative reviews I'd given, and...he's not returned. He showed up at my house once to say he'd do it,but he still has not. This man is a crook. This has been going on for a year.
Description of Work: took my money and hasn't done the work.
