I relocated from Denver to Indianapolis. Paul spent a day with me in November giving me an overview of what might be available in the condo market. When I actually moved to Indianapolis in May, Paul was very helpful in showing what was available. I felt that he was dedicated to helping me find a condo that fit with the aspects of what I wanted in a residence. I never felt that he was pressuring me into placing an offer on something I had reservations about. When I did find a condo that I wanted to purchase, he was very helpful in that process, providing me with information I needed at that time. I always felt that he had my best interest in mind.

Very good experience. Combination service of buyer when coupled with the ability to provide design and remodeling advice is very strong and something that they should market even more. Huge competitive advantage in my mind, especially when purchasing older homes. If any constructive feedback was given, it would be to be more timely in responding to questions. Given that a real estate agent provides a service and these services are many times very time sensitive, I believe responding to emails and calls very quickly is important. At times, more time than desired lapsed before getting a return call/email. Overall, very good experience.

Valerie and Scherrer Brothers were Great! They sold our home and also helped us find the house of our dreams. Valerie went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and got what we wanted.
