Everything went fine. I decided not to use this company in the end, however since I thought their estimate was high.

I would recommend everything about them. They were excellent. They were very neat. They cut the trees and if you go see there after an hour, everything would be gone. They left no debris or branches. They were very safety conscious which I was happy to see. They used their safety lines. I liked them a lot.

First of all I looked them up and they had pretty good scores. I also called a local Nursery that I use and asked who they would recommend to come look at a tree that was'nt looking very well. They recommended Vyne and Branch.That is how I made my choice. I called three different times after the initial call. Each time they told me they had a estimate but it could only be relayed by the arborist herself because they did not have a copy..(Pretty Odd) ..The arborist was never available when I called. They never once called me, not even to this day. After the third call I made to them I finally gave up and called a different compay. If they were to busy, or didnt have a interest, They should have expressed that to me, instead of leading me on. You would think at this point in time that a company would need to at least have a great customer service attitude to survive. Maybe they do. I just didnt see it in the THREE calls that I made

The evaluation of the tree, proposal for service and the cost estimate was most thorough and prompt.The crew arrived as scheduled and performed the agreed upon work in a very professional manner. All remaining cuttings and brush were removed and the area well cleaned. We were most impressed with the quality of the work done and the work ethic of the crew. A well mannered and professional group! They earned an excellent rating.

They were timely, excellent service and their professionalism was good.

They are top in everything. They are the masters in tree servie. They are more expensive than others, but they are also more skillful.

They do a very good job and are very reasonably priced.

Vine and Branch contacted IPL to disconnect our electricity while they worked. We were very impressed with all the workers. They were knowledgeable, capable, and efficient.

It was amazing. Surgical precision. We've had a lot of tree work done over the years, but this was the first time we've used Vine and Branch. We'd go with them again in a heartbeat.

They did a great job and the clean up was done well also.

I don’t remember how much we spent on that work. They were professional, responsive and punctual.

The estimate was very thorough. They were very prompt to come out and talk to us. It took a little longer to get an estimate from them. We already decided on another company before they got back with us. I would consider them again in the future.

Everything was fine. They fertilized one tree and didn't have them do anything in addition. We felt their trimming charges were bit high.

My husband really liked their ecological methods. They did a very nice job of trimming the trees. The other companies I had used usually gave the trees a crew cut. However, these guys did a very good job. They weren’t the cheapest, but they did the work the way it was meant to be done. They knew what they were doing. They cleaned up very well. We will be using them again shortly.

It worked out very well for us. We had some dead branches. We have a lot of trees in the back. They came in and combed the trees in the back. In the front, we have trees that hang over the roof of the house. They combed those out. They took everything away and cleaned everything up. They were very good. We even recommended them to the neighbors.

Our experience with them wasn’t a good one. They had initially gone to the wrong house and sent us an estimate for the wrong house. It was for the house on the other corner. I kept waiting for them and didn’t know what had happened. They also got held up at a job. They came back later. The quote was 50 percent more expensive than that of another company. They also recommended cabling for trees in two places. Somebody told me that they had a really big contract.

They were great! They cleaned up their mess and did a marvelous job!

We've been perfectly happy with them. They also did the original plans for the landscaping when we first moved into the house and they have done our spring clean up every year since. We're perfectly happy with the work, the price and their professionalism.

It was WONDERFUL. This was an emergency call, as it appeared the tree was falling over. I called them Sunday afternoon, they came Sunday afternoon and cut down the tree, and, returned on Monday to pick up the limbs. That is fast service, and, they didn't leave any tree scraps behind.

They did a good job. They were expensive, and that was my biggest complaint. Not everything they did was expensive, though. They broke down the price and the price for some of the work was a bit too much. I chose them because of their reputation. I wanted someone that was really good as I was new to this area. I was willing to pay the extra money, but I still thought it was expensive.

They did a good job.I had a tree that was dying, at least, I thought it was, but I didn't want to cut it down until an arborist looked at it. That's one thing that I like about Vine and Branch, they actually send out an arborist who understands tree diseases. He looked, I got a quote, and it was really high. I didn't do anything about it. This was last fall. called them back in August, and they did come down on their price. A guy came out and looked at it again, and they gave me quite a nice discount, but it was still really expensive.They do a good job. I got home the day that they did it, and you couldn't even tell they had been here except the tree was gone. They don't leave any debris around, they don't damage things.I've used them before and I will use them again, they're just very trust-worthy. Sometimes you have to pay for that.

I thought that they did a good job. The only problem that we have run into with them was that one of the bushes was eaten by mites, when they were spraying for that problem. There were only two bushes that have had that problem.

They are close to where we live, so we can pop in and talk to them. I know that they have some bigger clients, such as cemeteries. We first talked to them about shaping some trees. They do a good job.

I had a good experience with them. I paid per application. I am still waiting to see how to trees respond. I plan to use them again in the future.

They are professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing is reasonable as well. They do what I ask them to do and also cleanup once the job is done. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.
