Description of Work: I have several trees in my yard and they trimmed and pruned them all. They also are putting injections in a couple of of trees to control the emerald ash bore. They will be back in the fall to plant a Blue Spruce. They didn't want to plant during the hot summer months.

THEIR SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PRICED FAIRLY. THEY HAVE DONE MANY KINDS OF WORK FOR US, AND ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE PLEASANT AND CAPABLE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM. WE ARE ELDERLY AND THEY GO ''ABOVE AND BEYOND'' FOR US.

Description of Work: ON MAY 13, 2003 I CONTACTED VINE & BRANCH FOR TREE SERVICE ESTIMATE. I CALLED ABOUT 2-3 WEEKS (TIMEFRAME IS APPROXIMATE)AFTER THEY PROMISED AN ESTIMATE, THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH SOME INFORMATION THAT DAY. SHE DID NOT. ONE WEEK LATER I CALLED AGAIN, GOT SOMEONE ELSE WHO FOUND THE RECORD OF MY PHONE CALL, APOLOGIZED PROFUSELY AND PROMISED AN ESTIMATE WITHIN THE WEEK. THAT WAS AT LEAST 2-3 WEEKS AGO, PROBABLY 3. I HAVE SINCE CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY(FROM ANGIES LIST), WHO CAME TO DO THE ESTIMATE ON THE DAY THEY PROMISED AND ARE SCHEDULED TO DO THE WORK IN 2 DAYS. IT HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS SINCE I CONTACTED VINE & BRANCH FOR AN ESTIMATE WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THEM.

Description of Work: I HAD THEM COME AND GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON AN OVERGROWN PERENNIAL GARDEN. HE DIDN'T SAY MUCH ABOUT IT. HE SIMPLY ASKED WHICH GARDEN I WAS REFERRING TO. HE MADE NO SUGGESTIONS AND SAID HE WOULD SEND THE ESTIMATE IN THE MAIL. IT'S BEEN A WEEK, AND I STILL HAVE YET TO SEE THE ESTIMATE. I LIVE JUST AROUND THE CORNER. IT'S NOT LIKE THEY COULDN'T JUST LEAVE IT ON MY DOORSTEP ON THEIR WAY OUT TO WORK IN THE FIELD. NOT IMPRESSED!
