We were delighted to work with them - the man who came out to give the estimate was very knowledgeable and they promptly returned our calls when we checked to see when the work would be done. They were on time when the work was scheduled and they cleaned up the mess thoroughly.

The man who made the appointment to look at the work we wanted done came at the time stated to do the estimate. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He provided us with different options ranging in different amounts on the estimate. After discussing what services we wanted done over the next couple of weeks, we called and scheduled a date to have a tree removed and three mature trees trimmed. On the scheduled day the men showed up at the time scheduled and quickly did the work that we agreed to. Some of the wood was left behind for our fire pit and fireplace, the rest was hauled away. The yard was raked and driveways and sidewalks were swept. There was very little evidence that any work had been done (except a dead tree was now gone and three others neatly trimmed.) An excellent job.

When I requested the work be done, they were able to accommodate the date I requested for the work to be done. The workmen arrived on time, and spent most of the day working on the trees. They were polite and cleaned up the debris when they were finished. I would have them do work again!

They are expensive but the best in the city. You pay for what you get, but it's worth it.

We live in a dense woods. Vine and Branch comes out every year and removes dead trees that may fall on my house or on the road. The crews work hard until the job is done. Clean up thoroughly. Price is competitive. Plus I trust them to do the work when scheduled. I trust them to work if I am not home.

I've had a problem with their responsiveness. They don't return my phone calls, and I have to call multiple times in order to get a response. I graded a "C" because of my ground cover that had severe scales and I paid for preventative treatment specifically for the scales. My other scrubs have been fine to my knowledge. I have discontinued my service. I didn't see the crew when they came to treat my shrubs (there wasn't any appointment setting,) so I couldn't grade in those areas.

I want you to know what a great job your crew did at our house a few weeks ago. The men worked hard and consistently. They knew what they were doing and did it in a professional way. A plus was your prompt response to a problem. A couple weeks after your work was done I started leveling the pile of dirt and chips left when a stump was removed. I found that there was still a large piece of root extending above the ground. A company was here the next day (Saturday) to give us a proposal on aerating, leveling the yards, and planting grass. They were to come back Tuesday to do the work. On Monday morning I called your office and left a message for Mr. Pell. To our amazement, your crew was here before I got home around noon. They had removed the additional trunk. Thanks for the great service. I also will share a copy of this with Angie s List.

They did an excellent job. They were here on time. They were gone quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely pleased with the work. Their bid was very reasonable.

Most impressive service company I've encountered in some time. Everyone affiliated with the company has been pleasant and professional. And they don't have a voicemail system! A real person answers! I have many mature trees on my two acres, and was concerned re the ash borer and a mature pin oak central to my landscaping. Chuck Miller, a certified arborist, walked me through their services and recommendations as we examined each tree. A crew of three worked four days at a day rate of $1595. Their work was excellent, and they were very considerate of me, my dog and my landscaping. I don't think I lost a single plant, which amazes me. I'm so pleased that I've contracted them for a second major landscaping/drainage project. Have also hired them for ongoing tree services. Although I didn't get the tree work quoted per se, I think their daily rate is excellent in view of the fact that I've paid the day rate to other tree companies for an hour's work!

When I called their office, the lady said they would give me a call to set up an appt. for a free estimate. Two weeks later they called and someone came out a week later. The person that came out looked at my lawn and had me explain what I needed. He did not give me an estimate. He said someone else would come out to give me an estimate. A week later, the other person (who was supposed to give me an estimate but never came out to the house) sent me a letter telling me that I needed him to draw up a landscaping map, which would cost $300. A pretty big deal over a free estimate.

The workmen were professional and efficient, but left depressions in the lawn from falling logs. Clean up was satisfactory.

They were very professional. They are great to deal with.

They came out on time and got the first treatment done quickly. There will be more treatments over the next 5 years. They're easy to work with and polite, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

They cleaned up real nicely afterwards.

THEY EVEN CAME BACK AND LAID GRASS SEED. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND POLITE AND ALTHOUGH THEY WERE SCHEDULED FOR THE WEEK THEY FOUND TIME TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY AND FIX THE TREE. WE WERE REALLY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND ALTHOUGH THEY TOLD US THAT THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE TREE WOULD REPAIR ITSELF, I BELIEVE THAT THE WORK THEY DID GIVES IT A GREAT CHANCE AND THE MONEY SPENT WAS WORTH IT.

JILL WAS RESPONSIVE and VISITED IMMEDIATELY. THE COST OF THE WORK WE NEEDED PERFORMED WAS REASONABLE, BUT THEY COULD NOT START THE WORK FOR THREE WEEKS (TOO FAR INTO FUTURE FOR OUR NEEDS).

PART OF AN OVERALL PLAN. THEY DO REGULAR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOR ME. THIS WAS NEEDED FOR A CERTAIN DATE AND THEY RESPONDED BEAUTIFULLY.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

EXCELLENT. TREE SERVICE AND LANDSCAPING....

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE ESTIMATE WAS COMPLETE AND DETAILED. THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS OUTSTANDING, AND THE CLEAN UP JOB WAS PERFECT.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND THEY DO GOOD WORK. WHILE THEIR ESTIMATES HAVE BEEN GOOD BEFORE, THEY WERE RATHER HIGH THIS TIME. WE CHOSE A COMPANY WITH A LOWER ESTIMATE AND GOOD REPORT RECORD.

THEIR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. WE CALLED TO GET AN ESTIMATE FOR TRIMMING THREE LARGE TREES. THEY WAITED OVER A WEEK TO COME OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE. AFTER WAITING OVER A MONTH FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE, I CALLED TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH LONGER IT WOULD BE. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE AT LEAST ANOTHER THREE WEEKS. I TOLD THEM WE WOULD FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE WORK. THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE AND DID NOT APOLOGIZE.
