We had a problem with a tree we thought would hit our house and they came and cut the branches down so we would not have a problem. The crews are well-mannered, knowledgeable, and professional. The price varies depending on what they do, I think they are very reasonable.

They provided their services when they were scheduled at a reasonable price and cleaned up when the job was done.

They are arborists and know what they are doing. The pruning was very carefully, beautifully and artistically done. I just love them! They get right back to me with any questions I have.

They were very prompt in their response. The work was done on time and they cleaned everything up.

Work was performed on time. Crew was very careful around our other landscaping.

They did a very good job. They were careful not to damage underground sprinkling system pipes.

With plants things don't always go as expected, but they always work things out to my satisfaction. They are always willing to work you.

White Oak trim was quickly accomplished. The Pin Oak was very significantly trimmed, more than I expected but it now should not need to be trimmed for several years. It was a messy and difficult job due to the size of the tree and it's proximity to the house. The workers were efficient and did a good job cleaning up. The only problem was in restoring electricity to the house, which took considerably longer due to IPL delay.

Estimate was given within 2 weeks of making first call, which is what was promised. After accepting the estimate, work was completed after contacting them to schedule time. They'd indicated it would be 3 weeks before completion and work was finished on the day scheduled and was within that time frame. A lot of branches were trimmed and they cleaned up all the trimmings. The tree looks much improved and healthier.

Chuck came out and talked me through a quote for trimming and cleaning up two trees. He told me the crew was backed up with work so it would be several weeks. Imagine my surprise and delight to find the crew at my home the following week! They were very gentle with and respectful of my trees (unlike the city crews - grrrrr) as well as patient with my questions. Everyone from Vine and Branch was a delight, right down to scheduling an appointment and then accepting my payment over the phone later. They're just lovely, lovely people. A pleasure to work with. I will continue to call them for any of my tree needs.

There is no one better for dealing with your trees, but they are the most expensive.

The workers were very neat, cleanup of trimmed branches was very thorough. The trees look fabulous.

The quality of the work was good, but I was not too pleased with the cleanup of the driveway.

Have used this company before with good success. However this time they did not provide an estimate as promised. They indicated they were about 2 weeks out on service, but promised to come out and give us an estimate right away as we had a large limb that was split and ready to fall. They never have showed to give us an estimate. We have since had work performed by another contractor. We were disappointed that they did not show after promising to do so.

They are professional in every way, courteous, go out of their way to accommodate my needs, they do all my ongoing landscape work.

We have used vine and branch for tree removal before. They are very professional, timely and clean up very well. Excellent to work with.

Job 1: The tree they installed this year did not make it, but they are working on getting a replacement. They've taken it down and were careful checking for utility lines, etc. They are not charging for the replacement of the tree. Job 2: A good job as usual.

They are fabulous! I would call them again for any sort of tree service.

Called and requested estimate for staking or cutting down 3 trees on my property. Waited 2 weeks for estimate. Several phone calls later, finally received emailed estimate. Called company regarding estimate and was informed that they would call to set up day and time for service. They showed up at my door to perform service with out phone call. Were unable to stake 2 leaning trees as they said on estimate and cut them down. Crew was courteous and efficient.

Great. They did an excellent job and cleaned up. They were very prompt with their estimate, and where the cheapest out of 3 other companies. It took a while to get the job done, but was pleased with their customer service and their work.

They have certified arborists who handle the tree trimming so this is not a fly-by night afternoon. Other personnel are equally qualified.

Mark Stout was very knowledgeable and helpful in our battle against the Beetles! He thoroughly sprayed the affected trees and shrubs. Also, knowledgeable and helpful regarding the black film on our Maple tree. He advised us to wait till spring to address this problem.
