Sam does excellent work: he drywall taped and prepared my garage to be painted and did an extensive drywall repair in my laundry room. His work was not only excellent but done at a reasonable price!

Sam and his team were tremendous! Our sump pump went out and we had Sam and his team put our basement back together after the water remediation team completed their work. Sam installed new baseboards, repaired our drywall, installed new carpet padding and restretched our existing carpet including the repair of bad cuts made by the water remediation company. Sam provided a detailed estimate of the expected work to help with our decision at the outset. Throughout the process, we had clear and constant communication. Sam and his team hit their communicated expected timelines. Sam was very clear, transparent and honest about additional incremental costs that arose during the project. I feel that Sam Torres provided great value for the work they performed. I would absolutely have Sam assist in future repairs and would highly recommend him and his team.
