Everything went great. They came out evaluated my roof & showed me the damage to my roof. They replaced the roof & gutters. They came out later to install gutters & fix a roofing issue on a brand new structure for me.

Very well both sets of crews were polite respected my house and yard cleaned up after work for over night

They did great in getting my roof and gutters all done and replaced within a day and very professional in cleaning up the mess making sure there were no nails in my drive which I appreciated very much!!!

In May there was a horrible hail storm and I was out of the state. I got ahold of Russell Hill and they were out immediately. They accessed the damage and started the claim. My insurance company was fight back and Russell Hill fought back to get everything fixed on my house and garage. I’m super impressed with the level of professionalism they showed and I will definitely be calling them back if anything else happens.

One for a total roof replacement, and another for all new exterior - roof, siding, soffit, fascia. In both projects, they were great advocates for us throughout the claim process. Russell Hill contracting went above and beyond to come fix soffit vents for my house. They communicated the plan and stayed in touch with me the whole time. They were at my house on time finished the job in a couple of hours and cleaned all the materials up. The job they were hired for was completed just as talked over. We had some damage from the tornados in Greenwood this year. Called them out to repair some shingles that were damaged and some other misc repairs. As usual, work was completed quickly abs at a fair price. They'll always be my go to for any exterior needs!

We were referred to Jay Baker for a few projects we needed to have done to complete the sale of our home. He was very responsive via phone and was on time for the meeting we set. He was incredibly helpful explaining what did-and did not need to be done in order to get the jobs adequately completed. He went above and beyond when we found it was necessary to add to the task list. He proved that he is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and proved to be trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend him for roofing repair work or other contracting jobs. Great guy to work with and we will definitely contact him in the future if any other jobs arise.

My roof was done in a timely and very professional manner, with great customer service. Coordination with the insurance company was seamless and everything was taken care of after my initial call. I live in a condo community, and they were successful to get the other four neighbors in my unit on board for repair from the storm that caused a lot of damage. The shingles were upgraded to a better quality than the builder provided, so it added a lot of quality and value to our homes. I did experience a leak in the bedroom after about 6 months during a very heavy wind and rainstorm. The company was careful in diagnosing the source of the leak, which turned out to be a faulty air vent that only leaked during severe wind and rain, and the repair was done successfully. I would recommend this company again to anyone anytime.
