Description of Work: Compared costs from various roofers and liked the comprehensive quote from Stevens. It took a while to get the work scheduled and there was very little notice of the work - only the day before. Good job and cleaned up all the mess very nicely.

Description of Work: Robert Stevens Roofing provided one of the estimates that I secured for a roofing job, in August 2015. I did not choose Robert Stevens for the job because their estimate was higher than another provider who was ranked equally well on Angie's List. The gentleman who provided the estimate was friendly and courteous and provided good information on the job. I will continue to check with Robert Stevens Roofing for estimates when I need this kind of work to be done.

Description of Work: This is an excellent service provider. They first came out for "gutter maintenance" service I purchased through Angie's List. They were very professional and helpful even though not much maintenance was required, but they performed some extras, including cutting back some branches from a neighbor's tree that were possibly damaging our garage roof. We had them come out again in the fall to do the gutter cleaning. Again -- easy to deal with, professional and good work.

Description of Work: Replaced flashing around chimney & 2 skylights. Will know better when we get another big rain storm. The crew seemed to spend time on their work and cleaned up well after they were done. Rob explained some things that he found that could also be potential problems which I appreciated and will follow up on to ensure proper maintenance of my house.

We advised the member at the time of the estimate that we were scheduled out at least 2 weeks for the repair. The next day it rained and they called and asked if we could come out sooner than scheduled, which we were able to do. Because of this, we needed to complete the repair in 2 separate trips, which is not something we normally do. By doing this we were able to stop the leak from causing any additional damage, however. I am glad this customer is happy with the work. Thank you, Robert Stevens
