Robert is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Looks fantastic and site was cleaned perfectly. This was A+ customer service and great work.

The guy that came out seemed very nice.

The company was very professional and responsive; the crew worked from very early morning to late evening to help us finish the job in a timely manner.

Great experience. Robert called the day before installation to say that due to weather he needs to move our start date (most of the week had been very stormy). We understood, but due to our schedule we asked if there was anyway to keep our date. He was understanding of our circumstances and rearranged things to start as planned. Once work began, he found they needed to replace a metal pipe that was not estimated. He only charged the price of the pipe, no labor, and provided a receipt for the materials. Also, our neighbor voiced concern about workers wearing a path in their yard during the installation. It was minimal, but I mentioned it to Robert and he quickly provided a landscaper's name and number to pass along to our neighbor to "keep the peace". He told me to pass along the landscaper info, have them get an estimate if needed, and he'd take care of everything. Overall, Robert was very professional, competitively priced, great to work with, and very thorough in his responses and dealing with potential issues.

R. Stevens was one of 3 roofers I contacted earlier in the spring. Rob responded in a timely manner and provided us with a thorough, professional proposal. All three estimates were very close as far as price, but with Rob's, we felt we were getting more for our money. We took our time making a decision (re-roof now or next year?), so, between that and the weather delays, it took a few month's to actually get started. Once started, it took about 3 days. They showed up when expected, worked diligently, and were careful about protecting our landscaping.

The company was very accomodating. I would have used this company for the repair but they didn't get back to me in the time frame I wanted (which was no fault of theirs - I wanted it done the same day I called).

Rob was easy to work with and provided us with a reasonable estimate. There were no surprises during the job and his crew finished in a day and a half. The job site was left clean and the roof looked great. The reasonable cost and reliability of his company made the job a painless one.

It went well. Robert provided me with the most detailed of all estimates. He responded quickly to my questions. His crew showed up at the appointed time and were finished in about 4-5 hours. They left the site clean.

I requested an estimate. We scheduled a day I was going to home. He forgot the appointment. Two days later he calls. Since it was going to have to be in late afternoon or early evening he said he would have to call me back. A few days later another roofer calls. Mr. Stevens asked Bob Bauerle Roofing to take care of me. Although Mr. Stevens responsivness was not good (he was out of town part of the time) I did like and appreciate that he contacted someone else to service me. Bauerle Roofing is also on Angie's List.

They did a good job. They were done shortly after when they said they would be. They cleaned up any mess they made. They seemed professional. They offered options when we had questions about the shingles.

I thought I was very thoughtful for him to refer me to someone else. He had a family emergency and could have made me wait until he was back. I think it is great that he gave the work to a close former employee. He has done my daughters roof and did a wonderful job.

They were prompt with the estimate and the price was in-line with the other four estimates we got. We liked the fact that they hand nailed the shingles instead of using a nail gun. Everything went well and the roof has not leaked even though we had several torrential down pours after the job was finished. We would use this company in the future.

Have used in past to get quotes an opinions on need for new roof. Has always been very honest, and for several years has told me that a new roof was not yet necessary (while other companies were telling me that I was past due). Started job when promised and finished in short time. I found a few things that needed to be corrected or cleaned up, but was very responsive to my requests and took care of them in relatively short time.

The process could not have been better. I had received three quotes, all were within ten percent, making it a difficult choice to select the contractor. We are very pleased with our choice. The price listed on the contract was the final amount. Robert Stevens is a fine guy to work with and follows through on time and communicates very well. I highly recommend his company.

It went fine. We actually had a couple leaks but they came back and fixed them. We haven't had any problems with the roof since they finished it and I would recommend them.

They where very professional. They did and excellent job and Im very pleased with them. I recommend them very highly.

He was very honest, frank, and gave me an estimate of the life of our current roof and I plan to hire him next year to replace the roof. He gave me a good recommendation for the proper shingle for our house and I feel comfertable requesting him to do the work.

This was the first time I had used their services. It went real well. They upgraded the quality of shingles. The crew came in and they got the work done in two days. A leak did develop and they came out the same day I called an d fixed it. They cleaned up well and the estimate was right on. I am satisfied. My insurance company covered the cost.

The service was great. I thought the price was reasonable, he was in the ballpark of other providers. They also tried to clean up and did a good job with the work. Also they were good about coming back to fix any after the fact problems.

Everything went very well. The work went quickly and their price was reasonable. I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

Robert was very friendly and described in detail what he would do. He broke out the cost of the different options and explained what he had to do to do a good job (no skimping to save a few dollars). He also said they would replace a couple of small trim boards that were showing weather damage for no extra charge if we wanted. We supplied the paint, and they also painted the trim boards when they put them on. Their quote was about 15% under the the quote from two other major, highly recommended roofers who also bid on the roof replacement. Despite some unexpected weather issues, they secured the roof from possible weather damage and returned once the weather cleared the next day to complete the work. There was some minor damage to some landscaping (a newly planted bush had some limbs broken when a gust of wind from an approaching storm deflected a falling piece of old roof) and we still occasionally find nails/staples in the yard. The workers regularly walked the yard to pick up the old roof pieces and they hauled all the waste material away themselves. They also cleaned the gutters pretty well once the job was complete. Overall, we were pleased with the work and the price and would recommend this company to anyone looking to reroof their house.

I thought they were excellent and professional. They worked fast. They did a professional job. It looks great. They had to get someone to put in a special duct or vent. They were very helpful in selecting what sort of a roof to put on. The were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy. They honored the estimated price that they had given us. I would highly recommend them.

It went very good. He warned me that he needed to finish something and then sent some one back to do it. They were very professional. His price was very competitive. He took care of everything.

It was good. They were very responsive and finished everything in one day. I would recommend them. I had however noticed a leak after this company had finished the work, so they sent someone out to check the work and thought something else was causing the leak. So they did me the favor of sending somebody else to come and repair the leak.
