Rickleff Sons & Daughters Painting

I finished my basement and had originally planned to do all the painting myself. At some point, I realized that it was going to be much more work than I was willing to do and contacted Rickleff to complete the job. Rick was very responsive, and his crew was able to do the job on short notice. It turned out great! I was very happy with the results and the professional manner in which they did the job. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Steve came out exactly when he said that he would to give me an estimate. Was able to fit my job in on short notice and did a great job. Showed up when he said that he would, made sure the job was completed and also made sure that I was happy with the work. He even left the extra paint in case we needed to do any touch ups since we have a small child! Would definitely recommend this company!!

These are the most professional painters I have ever used. We asked them to initially to paint some bathrooms and our living room. They did such an excellent job we will have them paint the whole interior of our house. I have been an Angies LIst/United Neighbors member for over 20 years and this is the best provider and experience I have ever had.

Steve and his crew painted the majority of our first floor -- family room, kitchen, eating area, garage entry hallway. Tricky areas for me to paint, with all of the trim and cabinets we have. I had started priming/painting some of it, but quickly realized that at the pace I was going it was going to take me weeks -- and we had a deadline. I found Steve through a deal on Angies List and he came and quoted me for the job. He was very responsive via email (my preferred communication method), and made adjustments in his schedule so they could come get the painting done before our party. They managed to finish it all in one day. It was professional work, with only a minor area of complaint that he immediately had someone come touch up the next morning. I'll be hiring Steve to do other difficult painting jobs soon -- like our foyer.

I had already painted the family room & hallways near the stairway but need someone to paint an area which I could not due to accessibility issues. I had already patched/prepared the surface to be painted and had available paint. I researched on Angies List and found most painters had large projects only. Two painters, including Steve came within a couple days to do the estimate. Steve's initial quote was higher than the first but he immediately met the competitive offer. I chose Steve due to proximaty/reviews/ & price. My preference is always to do business with a local contractor if the quality and price are competitive.

The quality of the work was excellent. Their promptness was good. It wasn't 100%, but it was not bad at all. They did the work in the time allotted, but I think they may have needed an extra morning. In addition to painting they were doing some work on the crown molding and had them all over the place, so it was a little more involved than any of us realized in terms of the time that was needed. They did very good work and are really quite good.

We decided to use Steve even though he did not submit the lowest estimate. He has excellent reviews for good reason. His men arrived on time and for a couple of days, they worked all day, followed by Steve and another team working a late afternoon shift well into the evening. This was compatible with our needs since we had not yet moved in. The basic work was to paint seven rooms. While we initially left the ceilings off the job, a couple of them needed work due to the sloppy job performed by the previous owners. I guess the best way I can summarize our experience is that Steve treated our home with the same care I would expect him to use on his own house. I don't think I can ask any more from a painter.

They were prompt and spent several days repairing window sills and painting. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up after their work. We had used them several years ago and would use them again.

Contacted Rick for painting that needed to be completed in basement. He came the same day to give me an estimate. Got the estimate to me quickly and we had it painted within a couple of days! The work that was done was wonderful and Rick and his crew are very friendly. Would use them again if we needed any painting done in the future. Very professional.

They were very professional and promptly came to look at the job and gave a fair estimate. They were polite and thorough doing their work and were very neat with supplies. I was extremely pleased and hope to have them back to do some outside trim work sometime in the future when the weather is better.

Steve came to look at the areas we needed to have stained and helped decide on the color that would match what was already there. I purchased the stain and rags and masking tape for use on the job. The finished woodwork looked good enough that my husband asked them to come back and paint his office. They gave us the Big Deal price again on that work.

Great job. Painters were professional and did a great job. Steve is very personable, professional, responsive and just a generally nice guy. I would recommend.

The painting looks great. Can't say enough about the good work, care and professionalism they display. They sanded and primed and painted the iron railing. It looks graet. The wood work that had to mach the piece was very nice. They scraped off all the old paint. And the painting of the porch rail is very nice. Clean up was very good. the parch looks bright and smooth. I highly recommend Rickleff Sons & Daughter Painting.

Rickleff Sons & Daughters Painting Rickleff Sons & Daughters Painting, painted the exterior of our house in September. They weren't the most expensive and they weren't the cheapest, was reasonable. Did an outstanding job in terms of being neat, timely, he came around and checked they were very conscientious about what they did. When they were doing the interior everything was left neat and clean, no spot or mists anywhere and it was a large room.

We had a great experience with Rickleff painting. Steve came out promptly to give a free estimate of how much could reasonably accomplished in one day. He worked with my schedule for this. He is super friendly and easy to talk to. We set up a day for the painting, and Alex was our painter. He was professional and checked with us periodically to ask questions and make sure that he was doing the right areas. He painted our baseboards right up against the carpet, and got no paint on the carpet at all! I was very impressed with his work, and I would certainly use Rickeff again!

Steve was very accommodating in meeting with us to provide an estimate, very proud to show off his portfolio, very timely in getting an estimate back to us. The estimate was simply higher than another we received from a highly ranked Angie's List provider.

Steve was friendly and professional. He gave us estimates for the additional work: painting the kitchen + trim, the mud room and a computer room. His painters showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done within the framework Steve gave us. They were pleasant and neat, carefully cleaning up after they were done each day. When I discovered on Friday that his painters had inadvertently missed something, Steve himself showed up on Saturday to complete the job. I would definitely use Rickleff again and would recommend this company without reservation. They did a very professional job and I am very satisfied with the work performed and the price.

They did a fantastic job. They look new! I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.
