Description of Work: RI painting painted the inside of my house in 08/2013. I called them back to paint another room. We had agreed on the cost and time but Ray did not show up on the agreed day. He sent me a text message to tell me that he was unable to do the painting on that day but could come the next day. I never heard from him again. He did not respond to my email or phone calls and never called back to reschedule or apologize for standing us up. We did need the painting done urgently and had to scramble to find another painter in a short time.

+ -1 moreI was very happy with them. I'm very particular, but I also recommended him to a friend who was also very happy. What I appreciated about him in particular, was that when he walked through, he let me know that my baseboards needed painted as well, and that was included in the price. He also used high quality paint. I had other highly rated Angie's List painters look at the job, and they were more expensive, with lower quality paint, and they did not include the baseboards in their cost.
Description of Work: He painted the kitchen, living room and hallway (both of which had high ceilings), second floor hallway, and 3 bedrooms upstairs, including closets.
