Renewal by Andersen widows are superior and we love them.

Installer (Frank) arrived exactly on time with his crew. Did a walk thru to verify that there were no hidden difficulties before work was started. Crew set up additional equipment outside in order not to disturb landscaping. We're very proficient in removing old windows. After each window was removed, new window was installed. Had 5 Windows replaced in approximately 4 hours. Everything was cleaned up and all old window material removed. Looked as if they had never been there except for the beautiful new Windows. Kudos to Frank and his crew, I was told he was the best, and it is very true.

Installation went very smoothly. They did a professional job all the way around. They cleaned up when they were done, took away the old window, and installed all new trim and window seat for the bay window. Pricey, but they do good work.

sales, scheduling and installation went smoothly

The project went very smoothly even with the first of the two day install raining the whole day. The crew was able to take the old windows out from the inside of the house and actually had all of the windows and the door in place and sealed on the inside in less than four hours. Everything proceeded like clockwork from that point on. We were very pleased with their work and with the appearance of the windows.

They did a very nice job. They are proficient and neat. They have very pretty hardware with lots of color choices and styles. You can get vinyl on the outside of the window and wood on the inside.

It appeared to go well. Installers were a little late, but kept at it to remove and install 12 windows. They worked all day, not taking much of a break. Finished 5:30PM though I had to have them redo some finishing on the windows. Outside caulking was missing on one window. Inside, foam around the window had some gaps that I asked to have sealed. When foam is applied, it takes about 3 hours to dry. All looked good until 3 days later when I was putting up new trim. Some of the windows had a superficial bead of foam, but little if any between the window and the window frame. I had to use caulk to fill in the gaps. I have used 5 tubes of caulk already and still have 3 windows to finish. I sent the Renewal salesman an e-mail about the situation. I was not happy. The quality of the window is great, but if not installed correctly, it negates the insulating feature. They offered to have someone come out, but I am very particular about my work and felt they could not do a sufficient job to satisfy me. No other compensation was offered for my time and material to finish the windows. They could be good if they were more particular about installing their windows properly and not cutting corners.

Still waiting. Very poor follow through.

They were awesome to deal with. Reasonably priced and very professional. Great job! Wouldn't change a thing. Perfect! (that's hard to find)

The salesperson was polite and respectful, and we were able to come to a fair price. The installation was done on the scheduled day. The installers were friendly and professional. The installation was done in less than one day. and they cleaned up all debris. The windows are very nice quality, and we look great. WE look forward to giving them a good test this summer and next winter.

The initial consultation was informative about Anderson Windows. There were examples of how they are made and what they are made to protect. We decided to move forward and replace windows that have been a problem. The replacements were installed in one day and look like they were installed with the house. Very seamless and all the people were professional.

Bee windows did the first set. The second set was done later after Bee sold their franchise. Bee windows did excellent work the later company, Windows LLC was just satisfactor since they didn't do the staining.

The initial consultation was great, he really took the time to explain the quality and difference between Andersen and other window companies. The installation process went great, they showed up on time, had all windows removed and new ones installed in only 5 hours, they cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working and in good condition before they left. We did notice that one of the panes was scratched so they made a note and ordered a new one to be installed. We are still waiting on that. The only complaint we had was that the window color of White is really not a traditional white, it is more of an antique white color or grey colors in it so it didn't even come close to matching our white trim. However, that is more of our fault for not checking it before hand. We were able to get the matching paint from Sherwin Williams and paint the trim. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

High pressure, misleading sales. Front office slow to respond to questions. Were told full frames would not result in reduced window glass area, but that was not true - there was loss of glass area. Measurement of required new window sizes could have been improved. Before interior trim was installed, new installed "full frame" windows would have had approximate one inch gap on all sides between new window and wall studs, which gap was partly remedied at homeowner insistence by installation of additional framing under each window (as recommended by prior Renewal By Andersen franchisee when they installed 3 windows on same house). Remaining gap filled with foam insulation. These gaps could have been reduced by more accurate measurements of required windows - large gaps probably intentional to minimize chance Renewal By Andersen of Indiana would have to return a window to the factory due to being too big for the opening. Inexplicably, all windows were installed approximately 1 inch lower than when the removed windows had been installed, necessitating paint wall paper and repair. Installers were very experienced, productive, hard working, and punctual compensating for apparent front-office underestimating of required installation time - they remained on schedule. Outstanding water flashing system installed, both sheet metal and butyl. It was a three day job, and there was excellent clean-up on each day.

The entire process was smooth - from the initial measurement to the final install. The old adage is applicable here.... you do get what you pay for. While the RBA patio door was a bit higher in price than a lesser quality wood or vinyl door, the fibrex RBA product is unsurpassed in quality. Our new patio door adds a level of security and energy efficiency to our home that we simply didn't have before. In addition to our RBA patio door, we've had all our windows replaced with Renewal windows during the last few years. These are exemplary products installed by exemplary craftsmen. Gary Schnitz

We are so very pleased! From the saleswoman to the gentleman who measured to Rex and Moe who installed, our experience was wonderful. Yes, it was an expensive job but we had a lot of Windows and we were pleased at the discounts we got. This is an A+ company who sells an excellent product. Their moto is that they will leave your home just like they came...except for new windows. Thank you, Renewal by Andersen!

We had been promised an entirely new wall,but the installers used some of the existing timber. When the job was completed it did not have a finished look ,given the existing cedar was mixed with the smooth window surface. I insisted that a supervisor visit the next day and he agreed that the job was inadequate and promised to fix it. The following day the installers returned and covered the wood with aluminum trim. The wall is now beautifully finished and satisfies our initial expectations.

We met with George who was VERY easy to work with and very patient with us. He clearly demonstrated all the aspects of the Anderson windows and outlined the various options they offer. He did a thorough job of answering our questions and concerns and we felt he understood our situation well. The quality of the Anderson product is wonderful and would be a delightful addition to our home but currently our financial situation doesn't allow quite that flexibility, even knowing that the windows would look awesome, would be durable and would benefit our budget regarding heating and cooling. My mom still has great Anderson windows working in her house that were put in 50 years ago!

The installers arrived as scheduled and worked through the day, taking a few breaks but not breaking for lunch.? The cleanup was very thorough.?

I used Renewal by Andersen of Indiana. They confirmed installation date and then had to be changed. They had to come back and fix some stuff that got damaged or installed improperly. Everything was fixed but it was a very long drawn out process. They came out March of this year. I would probably use them again because I have more windows to replace so in order to keep the same style and type of windows more or less I'm forced to use them probably so unless I install them myself.

Arrived promptly, worked efficiently, very neat and tidy. Excellent experience!
