Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A PATIO DOOR AND A DOUBLE HUNG WINDOW WITH A SLIDING WINDOW. ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME AND I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE INSTALLER WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK SITE WAS CLEANED UP TO MY SATISFACTION AS WELL.

Description of Work: Replaced 9 windows in home. Took one day to complete job, which included removing old windows, installing new windows and caulking where needed. |Cleaned up after install. |Am very happy with the new windows. House was a lot warmer this winter - no drafts.

Description of Work: Had 2 patio doors and 1 window replaced. Work completed in a timely manner. Had them return a couple of months later for a doors not closing properly and they responded quickly and adjusted the door handles.

Description of Work: Replaced four windows. We are very satisfied with the entire process and the quality of the product. From the initial discussion to the installation of the purchased product, every member of the Renewal by Anderson team was very professional, punctual, and executed exactly what they promised to do. Thus far we are very happy with the quality of the product. Time will tell if it holds up as promised. Short of any unforeseen issues, we definitely would use them again and certainly recommend the company. My only reason for a slight downgrade is due to the lack of communication after the fact relative to obtaining a color swatch to help for matching with exterior painting - a minor request. I never heard back from our sales rep after two email attempts to reach. I suppose it is possible that he had left the company although if that were the case you would think that another employee would be picking up the communications. Overall, we are satisfied and would recommend Renewal by Anderson.

Description of Work: Replaced approximately half of our 20 year old windows as stage 1 of a project. Have already noticed considerable reduction in heat loss compared to old window. they offer essentially a single line of windows, but they appear to be very well constructed. Extremely experienced and projessional installers

Description of Work: Really liked their sales representative. No hard sell. The installer showed up per our agreed upon date and time. Completed the job promptly and was very professional and personable. The windows look great and are so much better than our old single panes. Will definitely use them when I'm ready to do the rest of my windows.
