+ -1 moreAlthough we had to go back to negotiating, they did a great job. We paid for the additional costs to repair and they gave a nice recommendation to do later on.
Description of Work: They replaced the sill plates on one side of our home. They also discovered four joist that need replacing.

+ -1 more...They were courtess and professional...A year later an adjustment was needed they were here a few days after my call and was done in a few hours...they encapulaed under the house..they had to move dirt to make the crawspace taller..They worked very hard to get it done...We are pleased with the outcome...We recommend them highly...
Description of Work: Josh was great at fixing a bad situation..Our crawlspace was encapulated..they jacked up our house with special jacks. they had to dig dirt out and put braces and lots of things to make our floors level...It has a life of the house guarntee..They had to come back and do a small adjustment and did not cost us..They are courtess and professional...I recommend them...

Description of Work: THey jacked up one side of our house where the foundation was failing. We had had several quotes and "treatment" plans. Ram Jack provided the most information about what was wrong and how it could be fixed. Originally they told us that we would need 3 bolsters, but when they got started they were able to complete the work with 2, so a better price, too...
