Seamless transaction. I contacted them and he reviewed the process with me and how the remediation was designed to work. We set an appointment and he completed the job within 4 hours. The work was very professional and clean. The remediation lowered my radon levels from 10.5 to .5, well under the government standards.

Tim was very responsive. He completed the installation in a timely manner and returned to explain the system and how it operates when he came to pick up the testing device that was set up for 48 hours after install to test for radon. His invoice came in under the original estimate, which was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend him and his company. He sent us the radon system documentation including the post mitigation radon test results the same day he picked up the testing device.

Tim did an amazing job! From coming out to our house and quoting the work, to installation and following up with a report in regards to the radon pCi/L level, Tim was always punctual, courteous, and professional. I don't know if this happens to every home, but our radon level went from a 4.1 to a 0.9 level. Wow!! Thanks, Tim!

Mr. Hinojosa was was very punctual. Explained the system and answered all questions to our satisfaction. The quoted price was right on and without added charges. Tim came to our house and assessed the situation so that he could provide an accurate quote. We communicated by email to work on some details on the design to cover the sump pump pit. Tim did the work in one day. Everything looks great and our radon readings are low now based on Tim's follow up measurements. A great guy to work with and everything went smoothly.

Tim responded to my call within 24 hours. After our discussion, he quoted the price on the spot which included a 75.00 Angie's list discount. Followed up with a written quote via email same day. Day of install Tim arrived promptly on the time he said, went to work quickly and efficiently! Was done in the time frame he had given us. Came back on Saturday and picked up tester, showed our radon had dropped to 1.1 from 14. On Sunday we received his report via email that we needed to supply the buyers of our house. Great company and person to work with! Highly recommend!

Tim came to the house and discussed how the installation would be done and gave us his estimate. He then did the work in a very neat and timely manner. He ran the vent pipes up through the garage and into the attic. This allowed the system to be hidden in the house rather than running it up the outside wall and the vent looks like a plumbing vent going through the roof. We were very pleased with the installation!

I met with Mr. Hinojosa (owner of Radon Technology) to get a quote and advice on how to address some of the issues in the basement that would need attention for the radon mitigation to be successful. He provided much more, and better advice, than others who were also bidding on the job. He was very punctual and helpful with his communications. The installation was performed with great detail to the quality, finishing, and appearance of the installation. And, the approach to these sump pumps makes it very easy to open up the pit if a pump replacement is needed. This was of some concern to me prior to this being done but I'm very happy with the outcome and its serviceability. The price was competitive, especially when you consider the level of assistance he provided and the quality of the result. (I could tell from conversation during the quote process with some of the other suppliers that I would not have been nearly as pleased with their approach to the mitigation solution.) I am very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Hinojosa to others needing similar work. Great job!

Tim was a true professional from start to finish. When I contacted him on the phone he took time to answer all of my question and provided me a estimate based on our conversation. Other companies that I talked to were really pushing for me to install the system on the exterior of our house. When I talked with Tim and told him that I wanted to run the piping through the garage and out the roof he said "no problem". He arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, walked me through the scope of work and confirmed our agreed upon price. He stated it would take 3 to 4 hours and true to his word he the entire job completed in less than 4 hours. The installation was neat and tidy and completely to our satisfaction. I could not recommend Tim and Radon Technology any higher.

TIm did a great job! He treated the installation as if he was doing it in his own house. Continuous Test, showed Radon levels averaged over "12" and after the system was installed, he got the average down below "1". He installed it in a very good location in the house and it is not even visible.

Tim was helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Very hard to find these days! The house we'd recently bought had a radon issue, which was revealed by our inspector. I was virtually unaware of radon and the issues associated with it. Tim explained what was needed and why, then explained how it would need to be done. He was able to give me a quote by phone and we picked a date to have him complete the work. Once on the job, Tim was able to see there were circumstances on our job that would make it cost less! So far, everything about the Money Pit has cost more than predicted. ( Maintenance was against the former owner's religion.) Tim could have easily charged his quoted fee at the end of the job, but he did not. A man of honor. Once the job was finished, Tim walked me through the work he had done along with a fine explanation of what it was doing and why and how. His work is as neat as it can be and immaculate when finished. We now have the comfort of knowing the problem is solved and it was solved with style. We're very happy we called Tim at Radon Technology!
