Owner Operated. No Subs. Cost Is Determined By The Job. No Travel Charges. Radon in your homes air is usually found during a real estate transaction. The prospective buyers often test for radon gas at the time of their home inspection. The USEPA recommends that homes with levels above 4.0 pCi/l be mitigated. Elevated radon levels are not a reason not to purchase a home that you otherwise like. Radon mitigation is a 1 day repair and is reasonably priced. Many simple systems cost around $900.00 and the radon levels are guaranteed to be below the EPA action limit of 4.0 pCi/l.

Description of Work: They installed a radon mitigation system in our new house. Tim was professional, clean, on time and finished the job quickly. I had quotes from two other companies. Tim was in the middle on price, but I had a better gut feeling from him than the lowest priced company. He installed everything according to state and federal requirements. He explained how the system works and installed it exactly where I asked him to.
