Tim walked the property and proposed a design that placed the fan in the attic over our garage which is out of the way and quiet and also proposed extending the exhaust vent through the roof so that the system is not visible (just looks like a plumbing vent). On the day of installation, Tim arrived on time and got right to work. The finish quality of his work is outstanding and the post install test put our basement well within the range we should be in for healthy air. As an aside, I had taken the day off work and was working on a large heavy project in our driveway and Tim volunteered to help me carry it to our back yard which helped me a great deal and went well beyond the call of duty for Tim. We are very pleased with his work and his friendly and professional attitude.

An absolutely positive experience!!!!! After finding out the Radon in my home was WELL over the recommended limits and doing research on various EPA and other websites, I began calling companies on Angie's list. Tim had the best quote and didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. The system he installed was simple, complete, and unobtrusive. He minimized the amount of routing of pipes, and made the job look very professional. He carefully explained what everything was and what they did and how they worked. Everything he did was clean and professional at the best price I could find for my house. I absolutely will recommend his services to anyone who may encounter this nasty problem.

They were very prompt, professional and upheld their estimate even though the installation was harder than originally thought. I then contacted Radon Technology when my new home also needed a system installed, again I received excellent service. I have since referred them to other agents in my office and have used them for other clients.

Service was outstanding! Tim was punctual, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. He answered any and all questions and was very knowledgeable. Tim was also very flexible in scheduling and worked with our realtor central scheduling to make appointments. The follow up radon reading after the mitigation system was installed gave great peace of mind. The installed system reduced the radon reading of over 7.8 to below 1! Great overall experience!

I heard a strange noise coming from radon pipe that vents over garage. I called the few radon technology companies that seem to take care of radon issues. Radon Technology answered my questions over the phone and gave me the most reasonable estimate for work.

The work went very well. I couldn't ask for more. Everything was cleaned up and fully explained to me before he left.

Tim not only provided professional and timely service but his workmanship is impeccable. He also went above and beyond to re- route the some of the plumbing on my mitigation sysetm to provide improved irradication. Tim educated me on Radon and strongly suggested I test the Radon reading in my home a few days after he made some changes and installed the removable lid. My radon test was over 3 points lower than what the readings were when I purchased the home. Tim was honest and helpful, I would strongly reccomend his work.

We called Radon Technology (Tim Hinojosa) Aug 23. He came to our house to give us a free estimate the same afternoon. We called two other companies, neither of which came to the house to make estimates but did email quotes. We elected to use Radon Technology because the price was competitive, the installer is the company owner, the proposal suggested sump pump depressurization followed by testing and further crawl space remediation only if the initial remediation did not lower the radon levels satisfactorily. We were also able to more confidently evaluate the proposal he emailed us after having disussed alternative remediation methods with him when he came to our house. Tim Hinojosa came, on time, on August 30 for the installation, which took about five hours. He made recommendations about the options for routing of the vent pipe. All work was performed efficiently and neatly. He cleaned up thoroughly. He left a testing machine to operate a 48 hour test. He came back, on time, to check the results, which did lower the radon below maximum allowable level.

Needed a radon mitigation system installed in the basement. Price estimate was competitive with others. The system was installed when homeowners were not home. The individual did a very neat and professional job. Very little cleanup was needed after the job. The best part of the job was his method of hiding the piping as much as possible.

Tim was prompt, professional, worked quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself and explained everything to me before during and after the procedure. I was impressed.... and believe me. I'm not easily impressed. Now I'm no longer afraid to go into my basement. I would hire him again, but I hope I don't have to.

Tim was referred to us by my realtor. I called him and he answered all of my questions and gave us a quote over the phone. He arrived on-time on the agreed upon date and performed the work. He was very courteous and professional. He installed the system in a few hours, explained how it worked and answered additional questions before leaving.

Tim was very helpful over the phone and provided quotes for us promptly. This helped us get the seller to agree to helping us pay for a Radon Mitigation system. The bank required the Radon system be installed and tested good prior to our closing, which gave us a 4 hr window to close on the house. Tim installed the system on a Tuesday and collected the results on Friday afternoon (at the earliest time possible per the testing requirements). He mailed the results to my bank to satisfy their paperwork requirements. The bank then required the response on letterhead at the last minute and he promptly replied. His swift action helped ensure we got our house closed on the following Monday, prior to our seller leaving the state for two weeks on business. Tim, Thank you so much for a great install, a superb functioning system, and most of all, working with my ridiculous bank. We appreciate it very much!

Tim was very prompt, informative, and professional. He came out and gave us an estimate and informed us of the process and cost. All work was done exactly as promised with no hidden suprises. He was very easy to work with and would highly recommend him again.

Tim did an amazing job of communicating with us, the buyers, because we were concerned about the routing of the tubing on a home we were purchasing. He met us at the home and discussed different routing methods with us. He was very informative and took his time. We would highly recommend him.

Tim does all of the work himself. He is very professional, very competent and a thoroughly nice person to do business with. He is punctual,explains exactly what and why he doing each phase of the work and his work is neatly done and everything is cleaned up. Life would be so easy if all contractors were as good as him--I would use him again and recommend him to others with no reservations whatsoever.

Tim is very efficient, courteous, and good at explaining what he is doing. I liked that when I asked him why he would do something a certain way, he would explain and not just say "well, this is how it's always done". He was extremely easy to work with and didn't mind working around our schedules, he is also knowledgable about basements/crawlspaces/sump pumps, not just radon, which is nice. Very great guy, would highly recommend him for anyone with radon issues!

He had to take care of our basement, which didn?t bring the levels down enough so he had to then do the crawlspace. He did a good job and stuck in there. The work was neat and he put in new plastic shields in the crawlspace.

Great service. He provided an accurate quote over the phone and completed the installation on short notice in a couple hours. Radon readings dropped from 7 to less than 1. Very satisfied. I highly recommend them.

I was able to speak with the technician on my first phone call. We scheduled an appointment time that was reasonably soon. The technician arrived on time and worked efficiently to identify the problem. Parts had to be ordered and the job was completed in one week from original meeting.

Tim was wonderful to work with. He explained what needed to be done and why, the process and the timeframe over the phone. He did the work over a 4 day window (day one-installation, day 2 closed house conditions, then days 3 and 4 posttest). He worked around my two small, very curious children. He was very neat and respectful. His price was fair. He explained the system to me and supplied me with a packet of information for the new owners. Installer was prompt, curteous and meticulous; he guided us to the best installation method for appropriate esthetics; he arranged to pick up follow-up monitoring material at our convenience. It doesn't get much better -- at least at this point.
