The technician showed up early and was very polite and patient while i questions before we started. He determined the best place for the system and had the entire system installed within 2 hours! Best thing is the system reduced our basement's radon from 7.5 down to 1.2!!!! We couldn't be happier with what we recieved and what we paid for it.

I sent a request for service through the Angie's List site and no response was received even after one month. I contacted Radon Technology via Angie's List site after waiting about three weeks for a response from Radon Environmental. Radon Technology quickly responded, quoted the job, and did a fantastic job. If you want responsiveness, contact Radon Technology instead of Radon Environmental.

Mike was very responsive and quick at providing a quote. He was able to setup the job in the same week as the call. Scott did a great job with the install. Installed an exterior radon mitigation system for a concrete basement foundation.

When I first tried calling to get an estimate it was hard to get through to someone, but once I left a message through Angies List, Mike got right back to me. Scott was our installer and he did a great job, he called ahead to let us know he was on the way and was very friendly! He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about how everything worked. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!!

It went perfectly! As many reviewers have already mentioned, Scott did the job and he was very professional, on time, well informed and answered all questions I had.

I did a bit of research in order to determine potential vendors for the installation of a radon mitigation system. I sent an e-mail inquiry to Radon Environmental and received a very quick response. Mike B. called me and we talked through all of the details. He was very thorough in his questions and he patiently answered all of mine. He sent me a quote via e-mail the same day and we scheduled the install a few weeks later. They showed up promptly on the date and time agreed. He told me it would take approximately 3 -4 hours to install and he walked me through the process. We walked around the basement and agreed upon the best location for install. Three to four hours later he was complete and he showed me everything. He left all work areas very clean. They left a test kit behind to validate the system is functioning.

We bought a house this year and found that the radon level was around 4pCi/l. We would like to install a radon control system. I contacted some companies. Mike was very responsive and patient with my questions before and after the installation. On the day of installation, the technician came in time. He worked efficiently and cleaned the spots. He found that our basement had a floor drain so he deducted it from the price. The day after the installation, our digital radon detector showed the radon level dropped to around 1 pCi/l. Two weeks later, the report from Micro Air, Inc. showed that the radon level in our basement was 0.7 pCi/l. Hope that the system performs like this in the next few years. After the test report coming out, Mike sent me a test report packet with all the information and documents we need. So far I am very happy with the system and the company.

The installer was personable, prompt and completed faster than anticipated. The bid and final bill were at least half of 2 other bids that I had received

Scott came and installed the system very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional and did quality work. Mike at the office who owns the business is very professional. Scott needed access to the attic and he took upon himself to ask me for a sheet to cover my clothes in the closet to prevent any insulation to get on them. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a radon mitigation system.

We found out we had radon gas in our basement and used them. I thought it was expensive but I don't know what the going rate is. It's good, it works, we don't have radon in our basement now. You have to be home for about four hours for them to do this and they have to put some ugly piping on the outside of your house but that's what has to happen.

The customer was very satisfied with the services that Radon Environmental Inc provided and he would use this provider again in the future if necessary.

Good experience overall. Communication was solid via email and messaging through Angie's List. Work was completed in a couple of hours to our satisfaction.

It was good. I had a set sum to work with and they were willing to reduce their price a little bit to stay within the price range. They were friendly, polite and on time. They came out and did a good job. I am not really that much of an expert in this field so I really couldn't tell you that something was properly, but it was good from what I can see.

I was selling the house. They were very accommodating to the new owner and they did a very nice job. He was just a very knowledgeable guy, accommodating and provided good information.

It went really well. They were very understanding of the way I wanted to piping routed to minimize the noise that we'd hear from the radon fan inside the house. They were very professional and took care to make the visible parts of installation neat and clean. I enjoyed working with them and would hire them again.

I received a quote which was reasonably competitive with others. I still had some questions so they sent a technician to go over how he would do the project. I really liked that. For the price, their years in business and crawl space membrane quality was somewhat better than their competitors, they also guaranteed the work, so I agreed to go forward. One technician did the job in 2 full days (it was a lot of work). The work was performed on schedule. Radon levels are below 0.5 pCi/l now, so the system is working very well! We do have a small roof leak and they left some drywall work unfinished where they cut out. They didn't vacuum up the floor afterwards either. But overall it's hard to argue with success. I also still need to inspect the remainder of the crawl space work. And I may update this review if I have issues getting them to seal the roof. The drywall I can do myself.

They called to let me know they were on their way for the installation. Scott was friendly and professional, and got the work completed in the amount of time he quoted. All in all, they were easy to work with. They also left a kit to make sure that the system is working as expected.

They were over an hour late but we're efficient and professional once on the job.

Service was GREAT! I was extremely happy when they were able to squeeze me into their schedule within one day. Technician was prompt, courteous, and efficient in getting the installation done quickly.

Very impressed with Radon Environmental. They were very responsive and able to schedule me in two days after I called. The other company that I left a message with still hasn't called me back. I had an issue where the electricians who were working on the house the same day were taking longer than expected and needed the power to be turned off. The radon mitigation system requires power to test so I called Radon Environmental to see if I could come out a little later that day. They were able to accommodate and were very friendly. Scott came out let me know that the previous installers had not wired the system correctly and the pipe was not up to code. He fixed the wiring, replaced the pipe and replaced the fan w/o additional charge. He was polite and professional and I would definitely recommend their services.

Mike Brenneman, Pesident of Radon Environmental Inc., was one of the easiest persons to work with. Since we did not know much about radon gas and the mitigation process to resolve the issue, Mike's extensive knowledgeable and quick response to all of our questions/concerns made us feel confident the work would be done right. Plus he was able to get it completed in a pretty tight timeline so we could close on the sale of our house! The technician who completed the work, Damon, was outstanding! We would recommend Radon Environmental to anyone who needs mitigation done in their home.

It went great. We're selling our home and the buyer discovers that there was elevated levels of radon. So we decided to call Radon Environmental. The technician was running late due to another appointment but informed me before our scheduled appt. He came in, installed the kit in a timely manner and invoiced us for the same price he quoted. I'd recommend them to anyone.
