Description of Work: Professional looking equipment/install. Happy with the outcome. Prior phone conversation with Mike Brenneman resulted in an estimate of $924 and that is what I paid. Mike did the install, in an unused sump pit with the fan unit installed outdoors and he was here 6 hours. Results should be immediate. The proof will now be in the pudding however. We test the basement with a short term charcoal test kit in one week for one week to measure radon numbers, which ranged from 7.2 to 11.7 prior to installation. | |In addition, I have ordered four more Accustar long term radon test kits from Amazon for my own satisfaction. In two weeks I will set all four in the same locations as originally tested and compare the numbers after three months. So far so good.

RICHARD AND VICKIE WERE GREAT! TWO DAYS OF UNANSWERED PHONE CALLS TO ANOTHER COMPANY AND WE THOUGHT THE VERY LOUDLY SQUEAKING RADON FAN WOULD CAUSE OUR NEIGHBORS TO ASK US TO MOVE AWAY. OUR HOME INSPECTION COMPANY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THE JORDAN'S AND WE CALLED VICKIE. SHE PAGED RICHARD, WHO CALLED US BACK WITHIN MINUTES AND ASSURED US HE COULD COME WITHIN THE HOUR. VICKI 'WALKED' US THROUGH A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE FAN TO IDENTIFY THE EXACT REPLACEMENT MODEL NEEDED. RICHARD AND HIS ASSISTANT ARRIVED, MEETING VICKI IN OUR DRIVEWAY WHO HAD DRIVEN OVER AND BROUGHT THE REPLACEMENT FAN. WITHIN 30 MINUTES, THE FAN WAS REPLACED AND RICHARD INSTALLED, AT NO EXTRA COST, A GAUGE TO HELP US ROUTINELY CHECK THE PRESSURE IN THE RADON SYSTEM. OUR NEIGHBORS WERE QUITE RELIEVED BY THE SILENCE! THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN RESPONDING, VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE WHOLE SYSTEM, AND CLEANED UP EVERY SPECK OF DUST.
