+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, POLITE, AND WALKED ME AROUND THEIR YARD FOR EXAMPLES. WHEN DELIVERED THEY WERE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE AND CALLED TO ADVISE ME. I GREATLY APPRECIATED THEIR CALL.

+ -1 moreTHE INSURANCE COMPANY SAYS THAT THEY WILL NOT TOUCH THIS SINCE HE HAS THE LETTER. I JUST WANT TO MAKE EVERYONE AWARE OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD STAY AWAY..
Description of Work: PROBLEMS, IS ALL I CAN SAY, I HAD ORIGINALLY CONTACTED THEM TO ADD DIRT AND GRADE OUT THE LAWN. HE HAD CONVINCED ME TO TO DO THIS LANDSCAPE DESIGN WHERE HE JUST DESCRIBED IT AND SAID THAT IT WOULD BE BEAUTIFUL. WHEN I CAME BACK LATER THAT DAY, MY LAWN WAS FLAT. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO PUT UP A VAPOR WALL TO AT LEAST KEEP THE WATER AND DIRT FROM GETTING INTO THE HOUSE, BUT HE DIDN'T. EVENTUALLY, I ENDED UP GETTING CARPENTER ANTS. WHEN I CONFRONTED HIM TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT, HE REFUSED. I THEN HAD MY LAWYER GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM. HE TOLD THE LAWYER THAT IF HE WOULD DRAW UP A LETTER ABSOLVING HIM OF ANY WRONG DOING THAT HE WOULD COME OUT AND CORRECT EVERYTHING. SO I HAD THE LETTER DRAWN UP, AND THEN HE CAME OUT AND ACTUALLY DAMAGED MY FOUNDATION WALL. NOW, HE IS CLAIMING THAT SINCE HE HAS THIS LETTER, THERE IS NOTHING THAT I CAN DO.
