Description of Work: Our daughter purchased a new town home in Avalon at Fishers and the staff and office personnel were very helpful and kind in shepherding her through her first home purchase. We are very pleased with the quality of the home and the workmanship.

Description of Work: Built our home | |Not very well at all. Everything was extra that we asked for. However, we were never told up front what were extra's and what weren't. We had to play a guessing game for that. They have a phrase in their contract that says they can redesign the house if they so choose without telling us. We told them we wanted that stricken from the contract, however they still re-designed it without letting us know. Everything we asked them to correct we were given the answer-That's the Pulte way. They will not correct things that are wrong, they ignore your requests so they have never come back to correct anything. | |When you have a change order to change somethin g from the very beginning, they do not send it in to their contractors so you end up having to check everything and make the contractors rip it out and do it over. Not very fair for the subs. | |The only positive thing I can say is the quality of work was good. | |It's just that there is a total lack of communication throughout the project and they are not willing to work with their customers once they have them sign the contract | |We would never hire them again. |

+ -1 moreOVERALL THIS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: I BOUGHT A MODEL HOME. THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DO A LOT OF REPAIRS, INCLUDING ADDING VENTILATION IN THE HOUSE, CHANGING WINDOWS, AND JUST PLAIN SHABBY CONSTRUCTION.

CHAD, OUR SALES REP, WAS ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT AND RESPONSIVE. BRYAN, OUR CONSTRUCTION REP, WAS AWESOME. HE TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS IN LAY-PERSON'S LANGUAGE. JOHN, OUR CUSTOMER CARE REP, IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL!!! WE'VE BEEN IN OUR HOME ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY. THIS IS MY 3RD EXPERIENCE BUILDING A NEW HOME AND PULTE WINS HANDS DOWN!!!
