Description of Work: I cannot say enough nice things about Pierce Jewelers. They are honest and personable, going way beyond in customer service. My husband had them check a Movado watch as he had been told it was irreparable by another jeweler in carmel (it had gotten wet), Mark at Pierce jewelers put in a new battery and it started working....he wouldn't even charge us for the battery because he said he wasn't sure if that was the problem. The watch has worked ever since! Also, I bought some diamond earrings from a jeweler in St Maartan and went to get an appraisal....was not worth nearly what we paid....Mr. Pierce himself worked with me. He made recommendations and again would not charge us for appraisal. Needless to say, I will be working with them in the future!!

Description of Work: The staff was extremely helpful and it was a wonderful experience.

Description of Work: Jennifer and Angela sat with me and described all the jewelry from my mom's estate. They explained what was gold, sterling silver, costume jewelry, etc and gave me an approximate value for each piece. No charge. I left one ring with them along with my wedding ring for appraisal. I can't remember exactly what it cost for the appraisals. Pierce Jewelers has sized rings and repaired watches for me in the past and I have been very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: THE MAN WAS VERY NICE, AND HE SAID THAT HE COULD FIX THE RING AND I COULD PICK IT UP IN ONE HOUR. THIS WAS MY WEDDING RING SO THAT WAS A VERY GOOD THING AND I WAS HAPPY TO GET IT BACK THE SAME DAY.
