Two men came. They were nice enough, but did not have all the equipment. They came at 8:30am, left for an hour, came back and finished at 11:30am. We were charged for 6 man hours @ 45@ per hour, this was $270 even though they left for an hour. We protested and the boss adjusted $45 off but we still paid for $225 ($45 extra for when they were not here). Less then 2 years later and the hole is back in our chimney.
Description of Work: Repaired bird holes in chimney. Installed owl head (provided by customer) on roof.

On these two separate occasions, Keith came out on time and was professional. He gives out his cell and returns calls promptly. He completed the work exactly as he said he would and on time. I would highly recommend this company and this person as reputable and trustworthy. It is a good feeling to have wonderful contractors like this when you own a home!
Description of Work: After the front porch was coated with a stone/epoxy mixture, part of the EIFS (stucco) coating was exposed and needed repair. Keith came out and applied the specific mixture and color that I needed around the front porch and did a good job in matching the existing work ($150). Keith also came out during the removal of the three 9' slider units to check for water penetration or any damage to the EIFS coating on the back of the house. He was here before the time called for, was thorough, and empathetic to the situation I was in ($400).
