Everything was perfect and I'll use him again. He was punctual and complete. It was a good experience.

Sometimes he is not as responsive as we would like because his work is in demand and he is very busy; but he always gets back to you and returns calls promptly. I will use him again in the future.

Everything went very smooth. Dan was able to work us into his schedule so we could try to meet our schedule of getting the house on the market. Workmanship was top notch and their professionalism was appreciated. The prices seemed to be fair. I get any other quotes for the project since I had gotten a recommendation to use Dan from a neighbor.

The experience was just fine. We had a leaky toilet, and he replaced a few items. The toilet was still leaky, but we called him and he came back promptly. He removed some calcium deposits and now the toilet is fine.

Dan responded quickly to our phone call and did initial work on a Sunday. His work is thorough and excellent and his prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend using him.

He was honest and told us what is really going on. He takes his time and makes sure that it is done right. He actually was pretty particular the certain way he does stuff. Basically he got on to the roof and told us that it needs to be repaired. He recommended somebody else. I like him. It has been a while since he came out. Every time he comes out here he does a good job. I think he did siding for us a long time ago. He matched it exactly the way it all looked. I will use this provider in the future.

We only spent a few hundred dollars with him because he quit. He did not show up when he was supposed to and he was almost impossible to get into contact with. He had done some work for our realtor and it had gone pretty well so we decided to use him. I would call or email and he would tell me that he was too busy to come over. He said he could redo some brick on our chimney but then in the emails he sent us he said he wouldn’t do it because it was too dangerous. We paid him for what he had done. He was supposed to put up a vapor barrier in the crawlspace, but he didn’t bring enough material and he just quit when he ran out. He was supposed to fix two air ducts but he never did even though the job wasn’t very hard. It doesn’t really matter in the end, but the price he quoted us was reasonable. Most of the time he never showed up and I found out that some of his previous work didn't even function.

We were very pleased with them. The price was reasonable; he was professional and did a good job. He also is conscientious and shows up on time. I will use this company again in the future.

This was the first time I used Dan--Mr. Handy Dan. He and his assistant were very professional and nice to work with. I was glad to find a handyman who could take care of some of the projects I needed to have done in my home.

All work was done in a professional and timely manner. Dan did a wonderful job on the closet; it changed from a traditional bedroom closet into an organized office closet with doors that opened easily and exposed all of shelving.

Dan did a fantastic job. I feel like I have a whole new door lock assembly--nice to be able to lock my main door again!
