Description of Work: Replaced grinder and pump in basement toilet

Description of Work: Replaced badly wired electric box in our dishwasher, fixed damage flooring and installed our new dishwasher. Very satisfied!

Description of Work: had him out for an estimate to repair siding. He said he would email the quote in a couple of days. After almost 2 weeks I emailed him to inquire about the pending estimate. He never replied.

Description of Work: Called Dan Higgins to replace all the smoke alarm batteries on a short notice (as i did not have a ladder). Despite his busy schedule he agreed to come after his work is all done and completed the job on the same day. i have used Dan Higgins on several occasions prior and was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the quality of the job. i had my home theater installed in the basement by Dan and we absolutely love it and continue to enjoy it. In fact we liked it so much we even recommended him to one of my close friends. We also had our deck built in our backyard and Dan has done a wonderful job. Dan is very reliable, inexpensive and completes the job on time. When you are in need he is truly handy, versatile and can be very useful Highly recommend him !!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Great experiance. I called Dan about instalation of new ceiling and wall lights and an attic fan thermostat. He agreed to come on day I requested and on arrival gave me a very reasonable estimate. Dan and his employee were very professional and easy going. I was very pleased with their efficiency. They finished the work in one and half hours, they were through in cleaning up. I will definitly call Dan for similar jobs in the future.

Description of Work: I had a vent (on the side of my house) blow off in a storm and needed ot replaced. He was one of the few who actually answered his phone! He was very nice and knew exactly what I was talking about. He talked to me like a regular person not trying to overwhlem me with lingo or "extras" that I may need. He knew exactly what it was gave me the price came out a couple hours later THAT day. Fixed it, and listened to me vent about the other "handymen" that I had been through. Showed him several projects throughout the house that I will want done in the near future. Dan was very upfront and knowledgeable. Just a genuine person. He charged me exactly what he told me.

Description of Work: Came to my home(after hours on the weekend) and evaluated an electrical issue that had happened. The 200 amp Breaker had gone bad and it was out of the scope of what he could do. He spent a lot of time evaluating the situation and made a proper diagnosis. Then he referred me to an individual @ Broad Ripple Electric that was able to help me quickly because the diagnosis was already figured out. He did not charge me for his efforts.
