Description of Work: Mike's did an excellent job cleaning my sectional sofa and 2 chairs and ottoman. We had the furniture for about 2 years but hadn't cleaned it previously. The fabric of chairs and ottoman is a cream colored background, and the technician was able clean the chair arms and ottoman to look almost new again. He was very professional and courteous. I wouldn't hesistate to use them again.

Description of Work: Mike was prompt and extremely professional looking when he came to our house, His truck was spotless as well. A clean appearance is very important to me. We are in the process of remodeling and Mike was able to work within the total disarray of the house. Misplaced furniture and dogs made it difficult to bring the hose through the house. However, Mike was able to pull it around the outside of the house and go through the back door where the couch resided. He was very accommodating. Mike did a fabulous job on a difficult sofa. We had three dogs at one time and they did a number on it. Muddy paws,grass and dog food. We almost had it re-upholstered but thought we would give cleaning a shot. As far as we are concerned Mike is a miracle worker. The sofa looks good enough to put back in the formal living room . We also had an oriental rug cleaned by Mike as well. The cleaning really brought out the rich colors in the rug, I will highly recommend Mike's to anyone at all.

On this one, a very nice job on carpet that hadn't been professionally cleaned in quite awhile, and where pets had lived for several years. Took out some stains that had seemed impossible. One area along one wall of windows ended up with some residue that should have been removed, but it was a bright day in a very sunny room, so perhaps the grime simply wasn't noticeable until later in the day. (We didn't notice it for several days.)

 + -1 moreI HAVE USED HIM A COUPLE OF TIMES NOW. HIS PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. I THINK THAT HE HAS DONE A VERY GOOD JOB. WE HAD A MINOR FLOOD DUE TO A PLUMBER NOT TIGHTENING THE PIPES TO THE SUMP PUMP. WE CALLED MIKE AND HE CAME AND CHECKED THE AREA TO MAKE SURE THERE WERE NO OTHER PROBLEMS. HE DIDN'T CHARGE FOR HIS TIME AND I REALLY THOUGHT THIS WAS A KIND THING FOR HIM TO DO. I DID HAVE HIM COME BACK TO CLEAN THAT AREA AFTER THE CARPET WAS REINSTALLED. HE EVEN REFERRED ME TO SOMEONE TO REINSTALL THE CARPET.

E CLEANS UNDER ALL THE FURNITURE, SPOT CLEANS TOUGH AREAS, AND PROTECTS ALL FURNITURE WITH WATERPROOF SHIELDS. I HAVE A WHITE CHAIR & OTTOMAN THAT ALWAYS GET FILTHY (KIDS), TO THE POINT THAT I START CONSIDERING GETTING RID OF THEM. BUT AFTER HE'S DONE CLEANING, IT LOOKS AS GOOD AS NEW. WE'VE USED MIKE 4 TIMES AND EACH TIME HAVE FELT GREAT ABOUT HIS WORK. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. HE IS ALSO GENERALLY AVAILABLE FOR APPOINTMENTS WITHIN A DAY OR TWO (NEVER MORE THAN A WEEK.)
