WE MADE A DEPOSIT TO RESTORE SIX CHAIRS AND TABLE. AFTER SEVERAL VISITS TO AGREE UPON THE APPROPRIATE FINISH FOR THE FURNITURE HE WAS TO WORK ON THE CHAIR AND THEN ALLOW US TO APPROVE OF THE WORK. THE FIRST CHAIR WAS A DISASTER, HE ALSO SPRAYED LACQUER ON THE OTHER CHAIRS WHICH WAS NOT APPROVED. BECAUSE OF THE POOR QUALITY WE CANCELLED THE WORK AND HAVE TAKEN THE SET TO ANOTHER REFINISHER.

The member could never supply me with a sample of what she wanted, we agreed on natural & tone. The 1st chair was too dark. We did another like the one dark leg. She took it home to see it in her house, next thing I know they want all their stuff. I have pictures of all her furniture & a signed paper that both parties were happy when they picked up furniture. I also brought in another finisher as to her furniture for his opinion and advice. Chris Shinabarger, Meridian Furniture Restoration.

THE PRICE AND TIME WAS SATISFACTORY. THERE WAS A SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE IN THE CHAIR WHEN IT WAS RETURNED, BUT WE WERE OVERALL SATISFIED!!
