Meghan is the best! I had changed my mind from renting to buying and Meghan was referred to me by friends. Meghan was helpful, supportive, and the best person for the job. If I wanted to see a house, she would make it happen within a few days. She made this great folder with all the homes I was interested in so I could compare and contrast. When I had finally decided to put an offer in on a home she explained the whole process in full and made it so easy. The negotiations went quick and I was in my home within 45 days of me starting this journey. Buying my first home was the easiest thing having Meghan by my side. She helped me understand all of the paperwork and made it effortless for me. To this day she continues to check on me to make sure I'm doing ok. I had such a great experience with her that I hand her card to all of my friends and family that are interested in selling or buying. Right now she is selling my grandparents home and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do that job but her.
