The entire process was easy and seamless. They were on time for their appointment, and they had the job completed in a matter of a few hours. The result is truly amazing. My new kitchen counter top looks fabulous. Herb also recommended a plumber to hook up a faucet for the new kitchen sink, and a tile installer for new backsplash. Both recommendations were spot on. I hired them based on Herb's recommendation and both succeeded expectations. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I have no hesitation recommending MarbleCare, Inc.

Everything went great, Herb was able to come out to measure and give us a quote very quickly. The pricing was very good compared to other quotes that we got. The new countertops came in exactly when Herb said they would and we couldn't believe how quickly they removed the old countertops and installed the new ones, they were in and out in less than three hours. They were very professional and were careful not to cause any damage to new cabinets and floors. I would absolutely recommend Marble Care to friends and I will use them again for future projects.

They were fantastic. We ran into problems with my cabinets that were not their fault by any means. They worked with me while I was able to get that fixed and moved things around so that they could put my granite in at the earliest possible time after I got the cabinets fixed. I would recommend them highly.

Herb did a great job and everything looks great. Herb was always on time and easy to work with. I wanted a frameless glass shower door which he didn't do. He referred me to Dr Shower Door which also did a great job.

Installation was super easy. Herb came in on one day to take measurements, explain the process and show us the choices of countertops colors/materials. Approximately 2 weeks later he returned with the counters in the morning and we were complete by 2pm. It couldn't have gone smoother. I was skeptical as I have had "surprises" in other paid projects with the "hidden expenses". I am happy to stay that Herb put our worries to rest and he was true to his word and timelines. One of the most important aspects is that Herb was reachable by phone and kept us in the loop during the whole process, that was refreshing. His quoted price, was the price. It couldn't have been any easier and the results were fantastic! The hardest part was actually picking out the color of our countertops! I would hire him again in a heart beat ( and probably will as he does shower installs too!). My wife loved it, which rates in A+ in my book any day.

I had a one-day-wonder come in a few years ago to put in laminate and I finally decided to upgrade to cultured marble. I'm so glad I did! It took two days because of weather, which was fine. They spent a lot of time to demolish what was there, and they did a lot of work getting the old one out of there. They worked hard getting everything cleaned up before they could put the new shower in. I also paid extra for the shower to be taller, which I'm glad I did as well. They were very pleasant to work with and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I had them come out this morning to re caulk one side, and a corner at the ceiling of the shower, and they did that without any problem. They took the time to adjust the heat setting for me, since I hadn't used the shower yet. I was waiting for everything to be finished. The new shower is a big stall with permanent shelves and a soap dish. It's very sturdy, and I'm very happy with it. I even had them put a lower shelf for me, and put the grab bars in for me too. The floor is cultured marble that's scored in such a way that it's not slippery, so I don't need a mat. It's so easy to clean! I had another company come out to do the doors, Dr Shower Door and Mirrors.

When well start to finish. Herb was helpful in directing our choices both regarding color and pricing. They did want to remove an angled section to create a template for the new counter which left us without a counter in that area for 2 weeks while the counters were being fabricated. It did not turn out to be a big deal. We found some old shelving boards to lay over the area and it worked out nicely. Going into the project, we were concerned about how the existing tile backsplash would hold us with the demolition of the old counters and the installation of the new ones. They were very careful and turned out not to be a problem at all. We are very happy with the finished product and can highly recommend them.

The. Work Went well Update, 1/31/17: We met with Mr. Wilson and told him that we wanted a new shower replacement. We did not want glass shower doors but we did want a shower seat across the back of the shower so my wife could sit and shave her legs. We were charged $250.00 extra for this. We didn't take the option of the 2 corner shelves or recessed shampoo and soap holder. The shower looked really pretty until we put the curtain up. The seat was all the way across the back of the wall and the curtain liner could not touch the wall and close. The seat extends out further than the shower wall. We had Mr. Wilson come out and look at the situation and he said there was a "miss communication" and that he had a guy that could cut a piece of glass so water would not go outside the shower or we could put in a glass door that we did not want or try to cut a shower curtain liner to fit it. All of these suggestions would cost US MORE MONEY or look like a patch work job. Being a "PROFESSIONAL" Mr. Wilson should have seen if the seat would have not worked and should not be all the way across the back of the wall he should have stopped and said something or just put it to a point where it would allow a liner to cover it ,not put it in and then later say it was a "miss communication" . Even not using the seat the shower curtain liner sticks away from the wall 18 inches and water goes EVERYWHERE on the floor. We feel that we paid good money and now we are stuck with a bad job! Here we are we paid $2,195.00 for a shower that leaks ,we are no better off than we were.We are not people with any knowledge of shower replacements that is why we went to someone we thought we could trust through Angie's List . We guess we were wrong! Mr. Wilson had the attitude of not my fault not my problem! We feel it is his error and he should be held responsible to correct this situation since he should have had everything in order BEFORE he started the job so there were no "miss communications". We are very disappointed in the job that was performed!! We have emailed Mr Wilson and have received no reply which shows us that he has NO concern for us .We also went to the home show and we saw venders that had shower replacements with shower seats that did not extend past the shower which shows us that ours was NOT installed properly. We just want the job done RIGHT!!

Install went smooth outcome was beautifull there is one area that I will contact herb about on the backsplash seam needs sealed or filled I think but all in all I am happy with the job

They did an excellent job. The tops look fantastic. They were punctual, professional, and the quality of the work was excellent. They did the work quickly and cleanred up after they were done. The tops fit exactly and the seams are almost impossible to see. I strongly recommend this company. I will use them for my next project.

Perfect!! Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Herb installed a cultured marble remodel shower for us 3 years ago. We called him again for the shower in our new home and plan to get bathroom sink tops from him also.

Most of the work is acceptable. The tile work from his subcontractor, Victor, was superb. The glass shower doorwall is wonderful (Dr. Showerdoor). Herb was called back out to correct a hole cut into the kitchen ceiling during the bathtub removal, incorrect installation of shower controls (still isn't right), crossed water supply lines to shower (this still needs to be corrected, as he made no change on his return visit), and half bath sink was not measured correctly, with one side flush to the wall and the other with a large gap filled with caulk that he tried to paint, but quit halfway across the caulk job. It was also somewhat scratched, but Herb buffed that out on his initial return visit. The master bath sink faucet drain plunger/plug mechanism was broken during the reinstallation of the faucet, and there was an attempt made to fix the broken plastic piece with caulk, which did not work. My girlfriend had a spare replacement part at her house, so she replaced that. The grab bar in the shower that was initially included in the quote was never installed. The existing shower curtain rod (a nice curved one) disappeared during the initial work, but he wasn't told to keep it around. He has been emailed regarding these problems, and answered with a note that he was on vacation until 9/17/16, and would contact me upon his return. It is now 9/28/16, and I have emailed him a second time with no reply thus far.

FANTASTIC....I called Herb Wilson in a complete panic. We were trying to finish a master bathroom that has ran WAY over....our contractor kept promising a granite installation- however weeks slipped by and NOTHING. So I found Herb on Angie's List and he came out to my home the same day! Herb and Willie showed up to my home with samples and discussed what we were looking for....took the measurements...and ordered the counter! It arrived in about 10 days and Herb and Willie did a fantastic job with the installation. I cannot thank them both enough- for working so quickly to help us get our bathroom FINISHED. I will without a doubt call Herb if I need any additional counter work. THANK you!

MarbleCare completed a second job for me this past April. Previously they had replaced a shower with cultured marble. The kitchen upgrade was completed promptly, with no delays. The granite was done in a day with little to no downtime in the kitchen. The tile backsplash was completed the next day, and grout the third day. They were careful to insure that the kitchen was functional during the process. They kept the area clean during their work and hauled away all old materials. They were a delight to work with, and I will definitely contact them for future remodeling.
