I recently got in touch with Tim to address the issue and found the same promptness and quality of service, punctuality, reasonable pricing, as when I had used him then. Description of Work: I have one of those fancy (think expensive) mailboxes that is required by my subdivision. The interior metal post rusted through toppling my mailbox to the street. Tim from Mailbox Pro came over and picked up my mailbox AND left me a temporary mailbox while he worked on mine. The temporary was a mailbox stuck in a bucket of concrete -- funny looking but functional and I didn't have to go without my mail for a week. When Tim returned my mailbox, it was not only repaired but painted as well, with new, shiny address numbers. My mailbox is now the best-looking on the street and Tim saved me several hundred dollars. Yep -- highly recommend.

He did an excellent job and at a very reasonable price. I might be replacing the box and the post in the spring and will definitely use them if I do!

We arranged a time for the installation and the installer showed up and quickly did the removal of the old one and the installation of the new. I was very happy with the whole process.

We just wanted to duplicate what we had so I sent photos and received a quote back within the hour. The cost was as we expected and lead time was less than 10 days. A week didn't even pass before a new post and box was installed. Great service. Left the bill in the mailbox an we paid it promptly. Couldn't get much easier.

Description of Work: Our 5 mailbox bank was destroyed by a car that backed into it. Tim did the job in one day ... in the middle of winter when the ground was really cold. The mailboxes look better than ever and the price was half the cost of our other quote and very fairly priced, even though our neighbors didn't have to pay for it as the person who accidentally ran into this came forward and charged this through her insurance company.

He came to the property to ensure our new mailbox would work well w/ our neighborhood setting and with the post we already had. The work completed included a new mailbox w/ custom lettering in keeping w/ our neighborhood, as well as straightening, caulking, & painting our post and installing a copper base to protect against landscaping tool damage. That alone is amazing. Workmanship is beautiful and the installer even put our flagpole back on the new mailbox! We had intended to take it off the old one and reinstall on the new when it arrived, so thank you, thank you! They responded by email within hours with a very fair price. We asked them to do the job and they completed it within two days. The color of the new mailbox is an exact match to the color required by our homeowners' association. They even came to our home on a holiday, which we never expected.
