Mailbox Pro

When I called Tim, it seemed that my mailbox post was broken and was going to need completely replaced. Tim responded in a very timely fashion and was able to salvage the mailbox at no cost. Tim may not have earned a single $ from this transaction, but he's earned my trust that he is an honest and responsive business owner. He will be my first call for future mailbox needs.

Tim was easy to communicate with. We talked a couple of times on the phone but sorted the whole thing mostly through email. Tim is quite prompt with his communication. We didn't like any of the mailboxes in our neighborhood so Tim sent us a few pictures. We selected the post we wanted from one of them -- it was more expensive than your typical post because it has a custom brace etc. I did some online research for a mailbox, picked one from Amazon, and provided it to Tim. The installation went smoothly. The whole setup looks as we hoped it might, and now we hope it will last us as expected.

The new mail box cluster looks great and exceeds our expectations. Mailbox Pro was incredibly responsive - came out the same day we called for a quote. They installed the mailboxes ahead of schedule and hauled everything away. They look like brand new professionally installed mailboxes.

I contacted Tim by email, including a photo, on a Tuesday about repairing a mailbox and post that had been damaged by a car. He replied within hours with an estimate for the repair. The mailbox was repaired by Friday of the same week. The mailbox looks great and matches perfectly with the others in the neighborhood. He did a great job and I appreciated the fast response. I checked Angie's List in search of a company to repair/replace my mailbox and post. Based on the reviews, I decided on Mailbox Pro. The response was quick. They came out in a timely manner, accessed the situation and emailed me a proposal. Once I emailed back and agreed on the service, within a few days they were out and completed the work. The communication process was very easy and I loved that I did not have to take off work to be here in order for the work to be done to my satisfaction. The mailbox, post and base cover looks great. The Mailbox Pro provided excellent service. My mailbox tipped over late on a Sunday afternoon because the post was rotted. I sent Tim a message via Angie's list that afternoon requesting an estimate. He responded very quickly with what I considered to be a fair price. I told him that I wanted him to do the job, and he offered to bring out a temporary mailbox which he did the first thing Monday morning. He told me he would install a permanent post and box on Friday or Saturday. On Friday he sent a message informing that he would be out the next day. He came on Saturday as promised and installed the new post and mailbox. I appreciate the prompt response to my initial request, the temporary mailbox so that I could get my mail during the week, and the good lines of communication. I highly recommend The Mailbox Pro.

I was very pleased. Their responses to my emails were prompt and they included a photo for a sample of their product. They also offered the option of me sending them a photo of my current mailbox if I wanted a new one like it. They promised to be out during the week and kept their promise. I also thought their prices, including installation, were reasonable. The price included the installation.

Our mailbox post was hit by a car and demolished this week. I found The Mailbox Pro on Angies List and left a message for Tim. He called me back the same day, and came over that afternoon and put up a temporary mailbox so that we could get our mail. He also hauled all of the broken pieces away, and called later that day with a quote. The weather was terrible, with the bitter cold and wind, so I told Tim it would be fine if he wanted to wait a few days until it warmed up to do the work. The very next day, Tim came out, pulled out the old broken post, installed a brand new painted post that matched the others in our subdivision, and attached our mailbox that he had repaired and painted. And he did all of this on an extremely cold and windy day. We were so impressed with Tim and the work that he did! He's friendly, professional, and does a beautiful job at a very fair price. We never imagined that our mailbox and post would be replaced so quickly. This is the second time a car has "taken out" our mailbox post in the winter, so, if it happens again, we definitely will give Tim a call! My mailbox and post was begining to resemble the leaning tower of pisa, it was falling over into the street. I checked on Angies list and contacted The Mailbox Pro. He responded quickly to my phone call. I sent him pictures of the mailbox. He then responded with an estimate and when he could replace the post. He was professional and friendly. The work was completed when he said it would be. He also cleaned up the mailbox and removed and disposed the old post. I am very pleased and happy with his work and the new post. I would definitely recommend his company.

The door to my mailbox was rusted and about to fall off so I called The Mailbox Pro. I called on a Sunday and Tim returned my call on Monday morning. After I told him what neighborhood I lived in, he knew, generally, what type of mailbox I needed per our HOA. He said he could have a new mailbox installed by Friday. Thursday evening I went to retrieve the mail and noticed my new mailbox was already installed. It looks great. Thanks Tim for the really top notch service.

It went wonderfully! He was very responsive in setting up the appointment and following up to my initial call. He communicated well via phone and text. He was prompt on arrival and very polite. Cleaned up the work site when finished. Super nice guy! I value good contractors around my home, and he is top notch. He drove out to Greenfield from Carmel to do the job. A real quality job. It is beautiful! I will definitely use him in the future at my home, as well as my mother's. If you want a good job from start to finish, seriously call this company. :)

My neighbor backed into my mailbox post on Friday, breaking it in half. I did not know who to call for this type of repair, so I looked here on Angie's List and found the Mailbox Pro (I did not know there were companies who specialized in this specific type of repair, so I was thrilled to have found this company). I left a message with the owner, Tim Loftus. He returned my call the same day. He was patient with my questions, gave me a quote, and sent me an email with pictures so I could see my options. I purchased the new post at Lowes. Tim came two days later, on a hot humid Sunday, to install it. He came from Carmel to Brownsburg and did not even charge a trip charge. He was on time, courteous, and professional; and was done in about a half hour. I could not be more pleased with Tim and the work he did. I would definitely recommend him! Thank you Tim! Last winter when my mailbox got knocked over they came and replaced it. They did a real good job and it is sturdier than it was before.

Everything went Great. Tim, the installer, was right on time and did the job to perfection much faster than I'd ever anticipated. He even saved me the cost of a metal pole wraparound and mounting board I'd purchased from Lowe's - Everything was already included in the price.The installation and the terrific results were well worth the $75.00 we spent. I'd recommend The Mailbox Pro to all my neighbors looking for a new mailbox that meets and exceeds our Homeowner Association's requirements. Buying the pole, mailbox and lettering from Lowe's allowed us to get what we wanted and still have a professional installation. Great service by Great People.

Working with Tim and the Mailbox Pro team was awesome! Our entire mailbox (post and box) were getting old and falling apart. Our HOA actually referred them since we have to maintain certain mailbox standards in our neighborhood. They were responsive, walked me through options and how they work, and installed everything within a week. To sum up the experience, it was effortless.

Our mailbox was hit and destroyed so we needed a new one ASAP. One company told me they were very busy and the earliest they could do would be 10 days, but they couldn't confirm for a few days and they couldn't give me an estimate. I explained that it was an emergency and asked that someone call me back ASAP. In the meantime, I looked on Angie's List and called Mailbox Pro. My call was returned the same day, with a quote and estimated time for the repair. Tim said that he would be out by the end of the day with a temporary mailbox for us to use until our new one was installed. When I inquired about payment, Tim said that they would install the mailbox and leave an invoice. They didn't expect payment until after it was installed so they could be sure were were happy with their work. We were coming up on a holiday weekend so we didn't expect to see the new mailbox until the following week. But just 3 days later our new mailbox and post were installed and it was beautiful. A few weeks later, we still had our old mailbox and 1/2 of the post in the garage and we weren't sure what to do with it. They removed the bottom 1/2 of the post that was still in the ground, but we had moved the rest of it out of sight. I called Tim and he said to leave it out, he would be by to pick it up the next day. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

The Mailbox Pro really is a Pro! Great service and price. Called them to order and inquire about shipping/pick-up options since we are so close and they offered to deliver the product to my door at no charge. Product came as ordered and on the day promised.
