Left message about our leaning mail post; Tim responded quickly. He came by that day to assess the damage and discovered the post had rotted (after 18 years!). He returned soon and took out the old one and replaced it with a temporary one, so we could continue to receive mail. We agreed to have the post replaced (per neighborhood requirements), including the mailbox with lettering, at which time he left us an estimate. On the following Sat he came at the app't time; was very pleasant, businesslike and efficient. He dug out the rotted post and had the new one completely installed in little more than 30 minutes! He even put a 2nd coat of paint on it. We were impressed! He definitely knows what he's doing. Recommend him heartily!

Left a voicemail and got a call back an hour later. Tim told me when he would next be in the area to give a free estimate. It turns out the mailbox post was rotted about three inches below ground, which typically happens for that type of post around the fifteen year mark (which is the approximate age of the neighborhood). He quoted a price right in the range we expected. He said he could guarantee the work within two weeks, but actually got to it four days after we confirmed we wanted it. The new mailboxes and post look great!

It went very well. They removed the old post, installed the new one and reattached my mailbox and house numbers.

When the road was icy a car took out a stop sign, a street sign, the light pole across the street and my mailbox. I consulted Angie's List and found Mail Box Pro to be highly rated. I called and although I wasn't at home he came and installed a new post and mailbox and left an invoice in my door. The finished product looks good and a lot better than I could have done.

Tim is a gem of a person. Very professional and thorough. Our car skid twice this winter season and both the times victims were neigborhood mailboxes. Tim was fast and efficient. He temporarily fixed the box for mail delivery and replaced the broken posts promptly. He even came back to fix stuff on the mailbox our neighbor wasn’t happy about. As a designer who works with contractors I highly recommend Tim for all your mailbox needs.

Class Act! Tim The Mailbox Pro installed a new mailbox and post for me after mine had been destroyed in a hit-and-run. Very responsive and great value work. Here's the best part. Just the other day, one of the number decals on the box had fallen off. Well, just today I saw Tim out repairing the decal, WITHOUT US ASKING! He must've been driving by and saw the issue. This man cares about the value and integrity of his work!

We called, and The Mailbox Pro immediately got back to us with what they would do, when and how much. Cost was about comparable (a few $$ less) to the competitor, but they could complete the job about 1 1/2 weeks earlier than the competitor. When it was time for the replacement/installation of the new structure, we were notified in advance of the day and time. The actual work was completed on the day and at the time they said they would do it. Very pleased.

Tim Loftus removed the old mailbox and replaced it in just a little more than an hour. He worked efficiently... and creatively as he had to adapt how to attach the newspaper tube.

Better than I expected. Tim picked up a mailbox I ordered on line; and had it installed before I knew he was coming. I would have replaced the old one a couple of years ago if I knew it was this easy

Tim responded within a few hours to my message and quoted me a very good price. He came out and replaced the post which was matched to the post type required by our HOA and reattached the mailbox very securely. He gave us the Angie's List discount and replaced the copper base at no charge. Super efficient and professional. Highly recommend this company!!
