Mailbox Pro

The Mailbox Pro installed our new post and mailbox the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We were out of town so I appreciated that we didn't have to pay upfront. The new mailbox looks great! It makes our house look so much better from the street.

Everything went great. Within a week, we had a new mailbox set in a better location than the old one. Tim was very communicative throughout the entire process, and he made it very easy.

When we discovered that our mailbox has blown over in the storm from the night before, I found MP on Angie's List, called and left a message stating that we needed a new mailbox. I waited an hour or so, and then decided to try to replace the post myself. I had made the short trip to Home Depot, and was checking out the supplies needed when I received the call back. Owner gave me a quote and offered to come to my home immediately to set up a temporary box so that mail could be delivered. I agreed and within the hour, he had put one up. My wife and I decided on the cedar post with traditional beveled top and a medium-sized mailbox with Clarendon font for the address. After checking out the website, we discovered that the owner had accurately quoted us the discounted price that he was offering online. Three days later, he returned as he had promised and put in the permanent post and mailbox; he then hauled the old post and mailbox away. Workmanship and appearance is outstanding.

The experience was excellent -- maybe the best customer service and response time that I have ever had from a service provider. The Mailbox Pro was professional, responded to my questions immediately and thoroughly and performed the work to my specifications. The price was reasonable and fair. The product was provided exactly as I had requested. I believe that the turnaround time (from my initial contact to the actual install) was 48 hours-- and my job was not an emergency...just routine business.

it went very very well. you get to choose from size of metal boxes, colors, fonts, font colors, post, decorative tops of the post. all my neighbors ask me about our new mail box. i love it. looks super nice and fancy and i dont live in a fancy neighborhood. i wish i would have hired Tim last year. i am please. i highly recommend this company based on quality of work, ease to work with and how well the job turned out.

I had some unique requirements, including painting the new post the same color as our house, and installing a small flag that pops up when the mail is delivered (saves multiple trips to find an empty mailbox). He was most responsive to my many questions about the new mailbox, and delivered it when he said he would, for the price he quoted. Through the entire experience he was always professional, and our new mailbox looks terrific. I could not have been more pleased with them for this job. And their price was almost $100 less than competitive quotes from other mailbox suppliers!

They did a good job. They gave me a discount because I am an Angie's List's member. The price was a bit on the lower higher end. But, they had to dig up the old box which had concrete. So, there was some work involved there.

These guys are great I called The Mailbox Pro and got an immediate response from Tim the next morning. Tim called me at work to let me know he was in front of my house looking at my mailbox and that he had all the items I needed to please my HOA (Home Association). Tim also put a sleeve/post protector around the bottom of post to protect from weed eating. The maibox and Post look great thank you Tim for being prompt and accurate. this guy delivered within a week!!! wow

They were wonderful. I would use them again if I needed it. They are very professional. They didn't take any time at all.

Sent an email requesting a quote for a new mailbox and post. Never heard back. Ended up going with another company. I'm sure they are a fine company... so I will not give them an overall "F" rating. Hopefully it just slipped through the cracks. :-)

Great service -- exceeded expectations. I got exactly what I wanted, which was much more than I expected. After car flattened my mailbox and broke off the post, Tim provided temporary mailbox. Two days later he removed old post, installed new one with exactly the mailbox designed I wanted at a fair and reasonable price.

Tim delivered and installed the post sooner than promised. Went to bed on Friday night and the new post was in the ground by 9:30 Saturday morning. The materials I used for my temporary post were neatly stacked beside my garage door...we did not even know Tim was here, very quiet and efficient. Excellent product, installation, and customer service. The new post is an exact match and looks great. We could not be happier.

I called Tim Loftus after a driver ran over my mailbox and post and they were heavily damaged. I asked him if he had any temporary mailboxes and later that same day he had one there so I could receive mail that same day until he could get my new mailbox and post installed! That made me extremely happy! He returned to install the mailbox/post several days later when weather/soil conditions were more favorable. He installed a new cedar post and a black mailbox with the street number on both sides of the mailbox. In addition, he removed and disposed of the old mailbox and post after he transferred my Indianapolis Star tube to the new post. A very happy experience and I will use him again! He included the Angie's List 5% discount in my final billing.

We called The Mailbox Pro after researching their company on Angie's List. They were very timely in their response and gave us several options for the replacement of our mailbox (size, materials, color, etc.). The job was completed several days before we expected (we were away on vacation and were happy to return home to a new mailbox!). Their work was exceptional.

We were highly satisfied with their work. Would we recommend this company for any kind of mailbox repair or replacement? Our answer would be most definitely. This company is worth your time and your money. They are very prompt and defintely skilled in this area. They communicated with us via telephone and email. We compliment them upon their service response and completion of the job.

When they came out, they realized that the entire post was very loose and the post needed a great deal of repair. So, they installed a new cedar post, painted the correct color to match the other mailboxes in the neighborheed and reset and post and also mounted the new mailbox. They did a perfect job! It is very rare when you start with a 1 1/2 minute on-line order and the next thing you know, you have a new mailbox, post and it is set correctly and very sturdy now. Everything is brand new! I will use this company again and I recommend this company for any mailbox repairs you may have. They are very professional and get the job done!

The mailbox was installed and before it was installed he came by and put up a temporary mailbox for us to make our mail man happy. He took our old one away. Hopefully no one will dash my mailbox again, but if they do, I would call him back.

Great product, durable, looks great.

Contacted Drew and Tim of The Mailbox Pro, based on strength of comments on Angie's List, to replace a rusted mailbox. Call was answered within a day or two and we discussed what needed to be done. They offered a very reasonable estimate, mentioned they had done work in our subdivision before, so were familiar with our box style and color. The work was done a few days later, and we received a very professional, detailed invoice. All in all, a very pleasant, professional experience.

They came out well. Very nice to business with. Did the job well.

The new mailbox and post look fantastic. Tim helped with the colors and lettering font and he was spot on. We got the best looking box on the street but I'm hoping the neighbors will get inspired and give Tim a call.

After researching Mailbox replacements on the Web and Angies List. I saw the type and style of Mailbox I wanted on MailBox Pros' Web site. I then called to get estimate for a new Mailbox and cedar post. I spoke to Tim Loftus the owner, he knew exactly what I wanted and told me it would take a few days to get the needed materials (4X6 Cedar Post & Large Mailbox) . Three days later Tim had the new Mailbox installed, and it looks great... We were so pleased with Tim's workmanship that we odered a smaller version to replacement our ederly aunt's Mailbox

The mailbox was sent in pieces and we had to buy some lumber, a post to go inside the metal. We needed a company to assemble it and get it all ready to go. Overall, they did a good job and we were very pleased.
